Always a great experience here. The staff is friendly and welcoming while executing orders perfectly. Their diligence in customer service is much appreciated and it's a nice place to study with a small group or catch up with friends. It can however, become crowded and loud at times.

$ in the bank...better store than otherside of 224..friendly Barista's , even when slamming busy which it is all morning, drive thru fast but stacked, expect a cue. Best sbux on 224.

Never had an issue with Starbucks but this is probably one of my favorite locations in Mahoning county! Thank you Starbucks Canfield!

5/5 would recommend. This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I didn’t know what I wanted but the staff surprised me with a iced drink and it was so good. I go to Starbucks once in a while and I order the same thing which was the mocha cookie crumble. This time I didn’t know what I wanted so the nice man at the register asked me if he could surprise me and I said yes. I think it’s the iced mocha with caramel drizzle. I’m so serious it’s amazing and the staff were so friendly! Thank you, I will be returning!

I just stopped by to have some beans ground and grab an iced chai latte. I had one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had with the Canfield location which I usually visit when it is crazy busy during peak. Anthony took care of me at the register and wore a smile the whole time while speaking with me and the next guest after me. I didn’t see the woman’s name who was on drive through, but she was equally kind and made sure to acknowledge that she noticed me there when she thought that Anthony had not yet taken care of me (but he was almost done grinding that aforementioned coffee).

I always go in the mornings and even if they’re busy my drinks are always made correctly & breakfast sandwiches heated all the way! Staff is really friendly too

We went to the Starbucks across from Sheetz off the rt 11 north exit and there is a lovely girl named Shannon who is so happy and helpful each time we stop! A huge asset to this store! Helpful and polite and professional! We will always choose to stop there when we are up that way just to have her help us! Way to go Shannon!

Very nice, very helpful figuring out a gift card situation I had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience today. I had the cinnamon shortbread Frappuccino, and I recommend it. My daughter had a tea and it was very good also.

Starbucks is one of my favorite places to go get a nice warm cup or cold cup of coffee. With all the amazing different flavors and styles and everything there is no way you won't find something delicious to drink. Not to mention the the food is pretty decent a good sausage sandwich for breakfast is sometimes just what I need. I recommend Starbucks to every single person on the planet it is a delicacy.

The Cortland location ALWAYS had the best employees. Longer hours, less staff, and they STILL beat out the other locations. Keep it up!!

Extremely friendly cast of people working there! They always make you feel welcomed when you are getting your morning coffee, which is the best part about any coffee shop is getting to know familiar faces!

Kind and friendly staff. Works well together and can deal with morning rushes very easily. Size of the Starbucks is smaller, but not cramped. Drive Thru available.

Some time ago I got hooked on the venti soy chai latte and get one at least once a week. Last time I was there at the Canfield branch there's a young lady that a has such an awesome personality I tipped her $3.00. Prediction she will not be there long somebody's gonna offer her a job, sure wish I could.

Such a beautiful store! The staff is so amazing and helpful as well as cleanliness is well taken care of. Been to alot of starbucks stores and this is by far the best in the area encourage people to go here! Fast service!
