For my minimal needs they treated me like I was a valued customer. They guided me through selecting the right products for my project and the results were better than expected. Highly recommend them for their knowledge, willingness to work with customers, and excellent products that are in-stock!

Opposed to the other review, I went in.... not knowing a lot and the guy at the counter was incredibly helpful. I needed to repaint my motorcycle and his knowledge was exceptional. Not only did he help me find what I needed in regard to paints and clear coat, he helped me with decisions to keep the cost reasonable. He also taught me and walked me through the steps of prepping and painting. I need some more K2 Clear Coat and am headed there in the morning.

Service all together was very poor. Went in not quite knowing what I needed and the representative made me feel dumb for asking questions. I asked for a lot more paint than I needed, instead of saying you only need this much for your vehicle he responded instead with, "What are you painting a bus?" and looked at me like I was stupid. Yes, I did not know anything about painting my car that's why I was there to ask questions. Then when he rang me up my total was about $1050. Then when I came back the same afternoon to purchase everything he was out of the binding agent to make any of the colors and I couldn't purchase it. He said I could drive up to Littleton the following day which is an hour and a half away and buy what I need. When I asked how long it would be till his store had any binding he said he didn't know. I ending up going to Dale's Paint here in Colorado Springs and they were amazing. They had the EXACT same Sherwin products even with Sherwin logos and my total was about $700? I am very confused how the exact same product from the a different store is somehow $300 more expensive? Not only was the representative rude and unhelpful he was going to charge me a ton more for it. To anyone looking for an awesome Auto Paint Store go to Dale's they are awesome and will get you all set up!
