We had the best experience at this store today! We had a lot of questions, and Sean was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, patient and had such a positive attitude. We actually had FUN while we were there. If you need anything jewelry related, go see Sean!

Shawn the manager was great to work with. I got my wife’s neckless fixed and also upgraded her ring. Shawn was super helpful and respectful. He worked with what I requested and we got the deal done same day. I will be returning again in the future.

I brought some of my inherited jewelry from my Mom to Kay Jewelers in Chapel Hills Mall for cleaning, and this appointment turned into a wonderful time of learning and surprise! For example, I brought in a set, thinking it was Aquamarine, but it was likely Blue Topaz. It was already a pretty set, but when Sean got finished cleaning and polishing, it looked brand new! He also cleaned a beautiful graduation ring (from 1965), which was gifted to me by my aunt for my 1984 graduation gift. This whole time, I thought it was just a simple metal with a plastic jewel in it. When Sean finished with that piece, I learned it was a 10K Gold band with what appears to be a garnet stone.
I am so impressed with the patience, care, and additional information I received today.

I highly recommend this location. I have purchased pieces from this location before but never brought jewelry in for cleaning. Service here is always consistently good, but this is my first time leaving so enriched by my visit as this jewelry is very special and sentimental.

I had gone to the mall to get a link taken out of my husband's watch that we purchased online (not from Kay) and was met with 3 different jewelry stores that refused to help me simply because I hadn't purchased my watch at their store. That changed when I stepped into Kay Jewelers. I was approached by a gentleman named Wayne who without hesitation assured me that he would take care of me. He removed the link and also let me know if I needed more taken out that he would be more than happy to help out and I was welcome to return. I thanked him for making that so easy for me and assured him I would leave a review as well. I agree that Wayne is an asset to this store and I will be making this Kay Jewelers my go-to jewelry store from here on out!

All the staff was very helpful, Sean in particular was very friendly and did a great job helping explain everything about buying loose diamonds as well as setting them for an engagement ring.

They were wonderful! I’ve had to roll through a few times to send my ring in the get gems replaced and they always kept me updated!

This place is absolutely amazing! Have been working with them for several years now, ever since I bought my wife’s engagement ring. The store manager, Sean, has customized several things for us, gone above and beyond for me numerous times and has made sure my wife and I have been completely satisfied with every ounce of business we’ve ever done with him. Highly recommend, would give more than 5 stars if possible.

I will preface this by saying that I don't generally write reviews except in cases of exceptional quality- either good or bad. In this case, I have nothing negative to say at all. The jewelry is gorgeous, and the options for customizing the pieces were more extensive than at any of the other places that my fiance and I visited while shopping for our wedding rings. Cindy got us started and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without making us feel pressured or uncomfortable. We caught her right at the end of her shift, so while we were looking and thinking about options, the store manager Sean Riley took over.

Sean was one of the best salesmen (or women) I have dealt with in a long time in that he was friendly and personable, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable about the options and all of their advantages/disadvantages. He shared all of that information without ever making us feel that we were being pressured or having something forced on us. In fact, at one point, when my fiance was describing an option that Kay does not provide, he pointed out that we could get a ring by that description elsewhere rather than trying to sell us on something they had. He also made sure that we knew how to get the best value out of the lifetime warranties that we bought, including pointing out that having the separate engagement ring soddered to the wedding band would mean that it also got covered for lifelong cleaning and rhodium plating. Sean never made us feel rushed and made us feel like very valued customers throughout the entire process (which took between 1.5 and 2 hours). In the end, both because of the great options and the stellar service, we bought both of our rings here.

My experience here has always been awesome. Every time I always come in everyone is super helpful and friendly. When my husband and I first got married we got our wedding sets at a Kay's at different location and I have always known that I wanted to upgrade my wedding rings and I knew it would be with Kay's. Over the last couple of years we would look at ideas but never found anything. While I was there one day they told me I could customize anything and that gave me ideas but I wasn't set on anything yet. It was 2 days just before my husbands and I 5 year wedding anniversary and I decided to stop in and look. We told them what we were looking to do and so they showed us all tons of options and then I found the perfect addition to my ring. They helped me every step of the way to help make it a perfect as possible. I was super picky of how I wanted it to be and they spent almost an hour and a half helping me! They were so nice and wonderful and helped me create my dream ring. Everything was super quick to! They sent my ring off and it was back in like a week and a half. When I did get it back I had to sadly send it back one more time because I was so picky. Sean was so nice about it and put a rush on it and didn't even take 3 days! For all of my jewelry I will always go here. Thank you so much!

Donna and Sean assisted my husband and I earlier this evening on picking out new rings for our wedding anniversary. Donna was very friendly and went above and beyond for our wants and needs. She was able to answer all questions we have and we were helped in a timely manner. Sean also helped assist our sale by making sure we could get our rings by our anniversary.
