I edited my review because today, my experience was phenomenal. I still don't order from this store if I'm in a hurry, but today I made a mistake with my order, and a batista made my day fixing it for me! She went above and beyond, and if she isn't the manager, management should definitely appreciate her!

I ordered through the app for drive-thru pick up. The employee was acting like the order pick up time wasn't now. Literally, every other Starbucks (especially Highway 5) gets it right. Why can you make drive-thru orders fast but not an online order? Also, I didn't get my syrup for the oatmeal. I think you put it all over the cup because my cups were gross and sticky.

Friendly staff and drink and food was delicious. Ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino wiyh pineapple refresher inclusions.

Amanda (store mgr) is amazing. I walked in with questions and she helped me tremendously! Her expertise and customer service was on point. I will definitely come back. Thanks Amanda!

Frappacino was excellent as usual. Been buying it for years in 3 different states and it tastes like it's delicious self every single time!!!

Staff is super nice! Always smiling! They are quick with your order and drive through is a breeze. Food is fresh. Drinks made right. I love their sitting areas. They have convenient places to charge your laptop or phones.

This starbucks is the absolute BEST! I am a frequent flyer and come here regularly. My orders are never wrong, and they are always so quick. I have never not once had a bad experience, nor a bad drink/food from here!! I have to be at work at 6:30am and it is always so amazing to see smiling faces, a nice cup of coffee, and great customer service. Great job and please keep it up!!

Always ALWAYS 5 stars for this Starbucks!! I get a drink here every morning before work and the staff is literally so friendly. On the rare occasion they accidentally put cream/milk in my drink (I cannot have dairy) they are always so accommodating when I ask them for a drink without dairy in it. If I had to name a barista to give a special 5 starts to, I don't think I would be able to because ALL of them are literally always so fantastic!

Good place to just sit back and relax and think about nothing

Love this location. Everyone is extremely friendly and they do a great job making my drinks. There are not too many places where the workers ask you how you are doing today or try to have a conversation with you. One employee here always talks to me more than just a how are you when I come in or go to the drive through. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Tomorrow is a very special day. You know why? My FAVORITE Starbucks opens back up. I’m glad that they gave their employees some time to refresh and stay healthy during the pandemic, but boy am I glad they’ll be back soon. This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. They’re so nice, professional and prompt. Sometimes I’m actually surprised at the little time I spend in their line. It’s usually super fast. I can’t say the same for the other Starbucks around here. I’m glad this one is close to my house. Sure, I could drive 20 minutes out of my way each day to get a pink drink, but they do not compare to this store & I look forward to going by tomorrow.

Our order was places using the app. We were able to pull up and get our lattes when we arrived. Derrick was working the window. He had such a very sweet and positive demeanor. We wished each other a Merry Christmas and he told us he appreciated our business! During this busy hectic time of year it is very easy to be impatient due to the demands this life brings. It's important to remember it's okay to slow down and really Thank Someone for going above thier job duties.

This Starbucks has excellent space. Two large rectangular tables in the middle with still plenty of sitting near the wall. It has never been overcrowd there either. I am there a few times a month. Staff is very cordial and work hard to have your order completed quickly.

I love the staff, Laura, Demi, Emily and Ivy are my absolute favorite baristas at this location. Very fast and quick service, with great, friendly staff. And I love how they remember exactly what I drink 💚

Very nice and helpful! It was a very pleasant experience. Was willing to make any combination we wanted as long as we had a recipe to tell her. It's a definite go back! So much nicer and more patient than the other stores we have been too. Even recommended a drink for my 5 yr okd that wasn't caffeinated. Love it!!❤❤

I love the staff at this location, even though they stay busy you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Everyone seems to flow well with one another. I usually go in the mornings but went at like 9:50 last night and even though they where close to closing I still felt welcomed. The guy that wears a beenie (btw super fab) that was working the window has a super personality and is always top notch with his vibe. I would say this locations customer service is like the Chick-fa-la of the bistro cafe experience. :) Drinks are always hot and fresh and the food is always yummy!

Not normally a Starbucks guy, but I went with my GF because she had a gift card. I got the doppio espresso, she got the strawberry frapp and we were happy. Servers were great, Derrick was on the espresso bar and knew what he was doing.

Thank you Luke for the great pumpkin cream cold brew! You where so kind in the drive through!
