Great service, they are super nice and offered a sample of the coffee flavor tea. I love that they have pudding as a topping and unique flavors like winter melon! Boba is fresh, chewy yet soft. Love the Hong Kong milk tea— you can tell they don’t use powdered flavors.

The customer service was superb!! They offered us free samples as we were looking at drinks and gave us toppings to try as soon as we asked about them. We went an hour before closing, but the energy of the staff was just amazing. We will be back again to try all of their unique collection of flavors and toppings!

I made my order and when I got it, They asked if we wanted an extra because I think it was like leftovers and so we took it. It was very delicious and I loved it more than the one I ordered! I’m gonna order it again next time and the strawberry bubbles were amazing! Have been craving it ever since I first got it (a few weeks ago)

It's acceptable quality if you're desperate for Boba. However, if you're looking for quality Boba, this is not it.

Taste not good although I thought it is a chain boba tea brand. The materials are not good compared with other authentic milk tea shops. Typically there is no good boba tea shop in Springfield area. Very disappointed. Maybe the best one you could find in Springfield. But the worst that I could accept🙁

First time getting the brown sugar boba was delicious the lady didnt shake it for me i was so happy then the second time coming back it was a different lady I ordered the same thing and before handing it to me she shook it ruining the boba experience for me i put it past me and hope it was a mistake so i went the third time back and it was the same girl and she shook my brown sugar boba again 😭 if anyone knows shaking the pretty brown sugar boba cup is part of the boba experience its fun I haven’t been back since 😢💔

Some of the worst Boba I ever had

I got a strawberry green tea, and on the first sip something flat
, brownish- red, and semi mushy came up…. It was very nasty but I thought MAYBE IT had something to do with THE STRAWBERRIES 😑. I think I took one more sip and it tasted kinda like medicine so I put it down. Not even 5 mins later my throat started feeling funny. Then throughout the day it got worst, leaving me with a very soar throat. (It was hard to eat) Then I wake up the next morning and when I tell you MY THROAT AND NASAL PASSAGE ARE FELT CLOGGED AND SORE, jezzz it was uncomfortable, SO I COUGHED IT UP. Nothing but sticky and bloody mucus came up. As I’m writing this (later in the day) my throat still hurts, I don’t know what was in my drink but it wasn’t a good experience at allll! Don’t get me started on what I saw when I put it under the microscope.😮‍💨 (you tell me if it’s strep or not😭😭😭😭 because out of everything under the scope this looked the most concerning)
