Could not have been easier. Ended up with more units that we originally thought and got the extra space within a few minutes. Very clean, secure, friendly and efficient. Will definitely use again!

I wouldn’t recommend. There’s too many other options In owasso that are way nicer, more helpful and and less expensive. Not to mention there’s a $15 setup fee for who knows what? Called around and no one else had $15 setup fee. Also, there was something in the unit I rented and she told me to pull it out myself or just throw it away myself. Instead saying sorry we will get that out of there for you. AND I ended up not needing the unit after all. And after only 1 week of not even using the unit at all, I asked for a refund ( not including the setup fee ) and offered to pay the week of renting it and not using it. And she said no. So I lost $90 for nothing. Overall, horrible experience.
