Warby Parker Shops at Briargate

I was very impressed with the store! So many frames to choose from - many more than what I could get at my eye doctor's office. Their warranties/guarantees are great and something not offered by my eye doctor. I paid out of pocket, and the cost was much less than what I would have paid at my doctor's office WITH insurance. The service and attention I received was A+++. I will recommend Warby Parker to all my family and friends.

Very helpful. They did not try to sell me on things I didn’t want or need. I live out of town and have a separate eye Dr. They were very nice about filling that prescription and will mail my glasses to me when completed. I will definitely try Warby Parker again.

Fantastic experience! Walked in and from then until I walked out, it was a great experience! Kia, Emily(Steve) and Fidlin we all amazing, helpful, funny and truly expressed interest in being what I needed today! Dr Nguyen was professional and experienced. Also very friendly and welcoming.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient! The Optometrist was great and so quick. I had no idea how easy it was to get contacts, glasses, and an eye exam all in one place! I would highly recommend this location in the future.

Walked to this store just to browse because my other glasses had broken. Tbh was not expecting to purchase anything. The 3 staff members working were beyond what I expected. They were so welcoming and helpful. Very knowledgeable helped me taper down what frames I liked. I walked out purchasing 2 pairs of glasses.

I have been shopping around to replace my glasses now that I need an update to my prescription and of all the shops I've walked into, the folks at Warby Parker at Briargate were the absolute best!! They greeted me when I came in, made sure I was taken care of, gave me space to shop around, and told me I was free to set aside glasses I was interested in and they would help me narrow things down. Seriously the best customer service experience and the cleanest shop of everywhere that I've gone in the Springs.

There was also another customer in the store at the same time that was being so incredibly inappropriate to the staff. She was treating all of them like servants, going so far as to yell at some and it was appalling to witness. However, for what it's worth, I am so incredibly impressed by the staff that were working and with how professional they remained throughout that whole ordeal. Nobody deserves to be treated that way and yet they continued to be so kind to her and all the others that came in while I was shopping.

So Warby Parker, whoever your manager is at this location, fantastic job of hiring the highest quality staff, make sure you treat them well. And to Emily, Lexi, Michelle & Kie, thanks for being so lovely and helping me; I'll be back once I finish making up my mind!

Just ordered 2 pair of new prescription glasses from WP at Briargate. - $161.00 including frames and new lenses. Great customer service and selection of frames. Very knowledgeable customer service associate helped with the selection and order. Very reasonably priced compared to current eye doctor optical department. In and out in less than 30 minutes -- no waiting. Glasses will be made and delivered to my home address in 7 days or less. Can't beat that!!! I highly recommend WP at Briargate if you are needing to fill a new prescription or buy new glasses. These folks are the real deal.

Awesome staff! We were picking up a new Mac Pro and stopped in. The 2 gentleman were incredibly helpful and phenomenal helping pick out glasses for my wife. Can’t wait to come back with her prescription to buy them and switch over to them as our ophthalmologist 🙌

What an amazing experience !! The entire staff was excellent. Professional, kind, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend. It was my first time with Warby Parker and now this is the only place I will go my glasses/exams.

The doctor (Dr. Nguyen) was amazing taking the time to explain to me why my eyes were feeling the way they are. He actually listened to me and showed he listened. I appreciate that he took the time to make glasses in my prescription so that I could see if that prescription works. And the staff was amazing as well so eager to help very approachable nice and happy to help with any questions I had. I received excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!

Best experience picking out glasses! The sales associate was so helpful! She explained how their pricing worked, helped pick out a few glasses and then stepped away and let me pick out the ones I loved! I was in an out in 30 minutes or less! I already had my RX, but the process was so easy! Highly recommend!

Everything about this experience was 10/10. Upon entry the storefront is gorgeous with a clean and modern layout. Every member of the staff was welcoming and efficient. The optometrist was very warm with loads of great information. Highly recommend this location and business!

Super experience!! Kie showed me so many choices of frames, some I would never have tried. I fell in love with a few different ones, so hard to choose! Great customer service and choices if glasses!!!

Super convenient exam. Walked in and got an exam right away. I was in and out in 30 min. That includes an exam and picking out glasses. The Optometrist was great and you could tell they had a passion for their work. All employees had great attitudes and actually wanted to help you. Great experience. I will be back when I need new glasses. Only complaint, I have to wait 2 weeks for my new pair to arrive.

I like the Warby Parker frames I've seen online, but wasn't sure about ordering that way. So I was happy to be able to visit in person, get an eye exam, and assistance in picking out frames. The doctor and staff were personable and professional. The cost was very reasonable, and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for stylish eyeglass frames.

I walked in to the shop today to purchase a new pair of glasses since my dog chewed up my glasses the other day. The shop was lovely, inviting, clean and contained a pleasant variety of glasses to try on. I waited a few minutes for one of the staff to finish helping their current customers. Emily greeted me and asked how she may help. She was very friendly, comfortable to chat with and listened wonderfully to what my needs were. I explained I needed replacement glasses, had a current prescription and found 3 glasses that I was fond of while I awaited her availability. She helped me pull them from the shelves and provided helpful feedback to help me select the best pair out of the 3. She was knowledgeable, very friendly and the rest of the staff even joined in a friendly and fun chat. I even met the eye doctor who was welcoming and helpful. Best eyeglass staff and experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely recommend and return to this shop!! Thank you Warby Parker team at the Promenade Shops at Briargate!!

Loved my experience at WP. From speaking with customer service, to being welcomed at the store, great dr and fast eye exam, to the ladies being so fun and friendly and patient. They all helped me pick out the best frame that would suit me, even after trying on so many. I also noticed how clean the store was and that they were disinfecting anything that needed to. It was great! Can't wait to receive my glasses!

Lexi did a fantastic job of helping to fit me for a new pair of glasses. I'm not a fan of glasses, so getting some was a new experience. My cousin, mama, and sister and I were all out shopping at the Briargate mall when we went into Warby Parker. Lexi and the rest of the staff were so patient as my entourage picked out dozens and dozens of styles for me to try. I ended up with two pairs the selection and prices were so great!

Dr. Nguyen was great and conducts the entire exam. He payed a lot of attention to making sure I had a good fit and prescription that was working before sending me to pick out a frame.
Lexis helped me find my way through the frames sizes and shapes.
In and out in less than 45 minutes. Awesome experience!
