Great office, great staff! Everything is made easy from scheduling, the office visit to check-out. The doctor was so kind, gentle and empathetic. She made me feel very relaxed and heard. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing dermatology specialty.

The business is clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and quite quick in their attentiveness as well.

There are very few offices that run well as well as this office does! The staff functions as a great TEAM to provide excellent attention to patients! Whether it is at check-in, in-take, exams, questions, Rx issues- they get a 12 out of 10 in my book!

We saw Dr Sheron and she did an excellent job at diagnosing and treating my sons eczema infection. Plus they were able to do a same day appointment !!

I've now been to two Vanguard offices; the physician at Briargate referred me to one specializing in my form of eczema at the Northgate location. Both visits left me quite satisfied with both findings and prognosis. Physicians at both offices recognized and diagnosed my symptoms readily and assuredly; I really appreciate that, as opposed to an "It looks like..." or "It could be.." uncertainty. A prescribed ointment was very effective with my eczema, and I'm following some recommended simple lifestyle changes to my laundry and personal hygiene choices for my skin's overall benefit as well.

Learned a number of things I didn't know and was treated with utmost professionalism and the kind of care that only experience brings - great doctors, highly recommended!

Dr. Shearon and her assistant are dedicated and provide thoughtful care. Dr. Shearon gives me her undivided attention and has made my care a priority. I am so grateful for their medical treatment and high standard of care.

Finding this clinic has been a breath of fresh air. Dr. Sheron and her medical assistants have been nothing short of amazing! I have a history of melanoma and abnormal moles, with some pretty bad experiences at a previous office. Dr. Sheron is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. Could not recommend her more. I have also seen Dr. Prado for surgery and exceptional doesn't begin to explain how skilled she is and how great her bedside manner is. Thank you!

Excellent care all the way from receptionist to physician! Everything about this facility is top drawer! I will highly recommend Vanguard to friends. I thought they would find nothing of concern, but they biopsied two spots I would never have noticed. Skin cancer can be deceptive. Be smart and get checked!

I was seen on time and the whole appointment was managed pleasantly and efficiently. Reception was quick and easy. Meagan's screening was also quick and Dr Sheron's examination was thorough and professional. I was informed throughout on what was coming next and provided the necessary care instructions before departing. Happy to return in a year.

My experience was surprisingly positive. I arrived at my appointment early, didn't have to wait long to see my PA. Terri Nagy was terrific, very pleasant. I felt right at ease the moment she walked into the exam room. The staff was very nice, polite, and respectful. I expected to have to wait for a while, either in the waiting room or in the exam room, but that wasn't the case. Great place, and I will be back, and I will refer other members of my family to this location.

Excellent experience. I will continue annual exams as this exam resulted in the early detection of what is likely skin cancer. A biopsy was taken, and results will be known within 10 days.
