I had a shield installed at my office (due to Covid) and it is fantastic! Joe was on time helpful with cleaning instructions and just overall a very friendly guy. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again! Overall great experience!!!!

We had to replace two triangular pieces of glass in our coffee table. It was beveled and a charcoal color. They got both pieces cut and color matched to perfection in a few hours. Very affordable too. Great job and great customer service!

I had a shattered double-paned vinyl window. These guys fixed in no muss, no fuss. Not a big job for them, I'm sure. But the guy behind the counter treated me like I was his No. 1 customer. Already planning a return trip with a cracked glass cabinet door I've been meaning to get fixed for ages.

I heard about Superior Glass through a co-worker who had a great experience with them, so I contacted them in June to see if they could make us some plexiglass shields for our desks. We are in property management and work with the public all day regarding their homes. Facing re-opening during the pandemic it was imperative that we be able to keep our doors open to help assist our customers with their homes. I called and a gentleman by the name of Joe answered. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I explained what we needed, I sent him a few photos and some measurements. I had a quote within a day. He even gave me a few choices in sizing and explained how one would be more cost effective for what I was looking for. The shields were made to order along with custom fit brackets as to not take up too much room on our desks. I even got to pick a color that would match our décor. They delivered it to my office on a weekend as to not disrupt business as usual. He wore a mask while in our office and was friendly with my staff.
He installed them on the desk, cleaned them, and gave us some instructions on the best way to care for them. I would recommend Joseph Horvath and his team at Superior Glass they were professional, reliable, they had competitive pricing, and no corners were cut to get the job done right. Thank you, Joe! Took about 2 months to replace a window on a house that was blocks away. I called for 2 weeks before they even got over to measure it , then they had to wait about two weeks to get it. They kept telling me they were short staffed but really how long does it take to measure a window that is less than a mile away? Then they couldn’t fix a time with owner for installation. Very bad at getting back with returning calls too, but happy enough to take a 50 % deposit.

Still waiting for response after contacting over a month ago

I dropped off a single pane window to be repaired, after 3 days I still couldn't find any information about my window. They never repaired it.

This is a horrible company to work with to replace your residential glasses. They bought cheapest glasses and take forever to do the job and charge twice as much as other companies. Do not ever use this company!
