The food was delicious, fast service. We ordered a bunch of different things (acai bowl, open face breakfast sandwich, chocolate chip pancakes) and everything was delicious! It really hit the spot. Reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend for a casual breakfast.

Great coffee shop experience with a full food menu. This is a great fast & affordable brunch spot in the Miami Beach area. The açaí bowls stood out as one of the best that I’ve had in a while.

Great place, spacious, good decor, nice vibes and good service. Got their two eggs onion omelette. The omelette was fluffy and buttery and tasted great with the bread. Also got their chai latte with a shot of lavender, lavender shot was a mistake the latte became too sweet. Would recommend to have it without any shot. Good stop in the North Beach area which has comparatively lesser options available.

This cafe was so adorable! We were all thrilled with our food and coffee drinks. The croissant breakfast sandwich had great proportions of ham, egg, and cheese. The outdoor patio was so cute and we all got our food very quickly.

This is an absolutely amazing brunch spot! Came to south beach intending to try a different brunch place everyday of the trip and ended up eating here all seven days! Tried several things off the menu and the food was delicious every time! The coffee was made perfectly and the ambiance was wonderful as well. Are here twice on our stay in South beach. Good coffee but the breakfast is the reason to go. Had a pumpkin latte and wasn't impressed with it but it wasn't horrible either. I forget what I had the first time but I know it was way better than the pumpkin latte.

Plenty of places to sit inside and outdoors. Food is great and nutritious! We tried a bunch of other ‘5-star’ places but Crema always stands out for its service, and for the high quality of the beverages and pastry. Highly recommend.

We were visiting Miami and searched for coffee right away. We love good coffee. Not super sweet. Not burnt roast. We tried several places first. We were so thankful we found this place. The food is amazing as well. The muffin we got had some type of apple stuff in the middle. It was like apple cobbler in my mouth. Breakfast sandwich was way bigger than I thought it would be and was crispy and super good.

If I go back to Miami, I'm coming here again! The cold brew was amazing: smooth and refreshing. My boyfriend and I sat outside on the patio area, which was cute and clean. We ordered breakfast, too. The breakfast sandwich tasted freshly baked and my boyfriend loved the breakfast potatoes. Give this place a try!

Great spot for breakfast, had the avocado toast with a sunny-side-up egg and it was really good.
The matcha is tasty as well, but it is sweetened and I think honey is been added. If you prefer to drink unsweetened you should specify while ordering.
Overall recommended it and would definitely come back.
