I work at Palo Alto Networks and my house is in south San Jose, this location is no where near my house or my office, the amazing baristas and their smile keep bringing me back here, they go that extra mile to make sure a coffee addict gets the best they can get and that happens 100% of time, more than happy to add 18 minutes to my daily commute at the cost of the amazing coffee I get here

I have been a fan of Peet's since frequenting the original locations as a college student in Berkeley, and this location has the same excellence in service and quality. I got the matcha frappe and a croissant for $8. Loved the frappe - had the right amount of sweetness and flavor, and service was top notch too. Went in on a relatively busy Sunday morning and got it in a few minutes. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating which is a huge plus too.

Cappuccino was good, the place was super busy in the morning but the service was great.

She's a nice place to go grab a cup of coffee go outside sit down enjoy some of the sunshine and and enjoy the day

The best national chain coffee - Hands down. Their dark roast is smooth and easy to drink. This location has some of the nicest and most attentive baristas. My husband described a drink (a toxic, 4 oz, 2-shot latte) and the barista informed him (sans condescension) that it was called a Cortada. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Since the first time I had Peet's latte or my wife had Chai Tea Latte, we have been in pure love with the brand itself. This location is conveniently located and provides great service. 😊

Barista Conner makes the best late and is super friendly. Just the right temperature with beautiful latte art. Note to self: ask for Conner.

It is an interesting place. One late afternoon I had some extra time to kill. I was wondering if it would be ok to come here grab a coffee/snack, open laptop and get some work done. When I walked in the place, there were some tables with laptops open and even one with notebooks. Felt pretty good. Got a coffee & snack and sat down working. Servers were nice and courteous. Make you feel comfortable.

There was an animated conversation on the next table about startups, valuations, tax regimes, wealth transfer to kids and stuff like that. Didn't want to eavesdrop, but they were pretty loud. Couldn't help but overhear. Don't know if this one of the places where "cool" crowd hangs out or was it a one of thing.

Overall spend a good one hour and actually got some work done.

I love Peet's coffee. Their signature drinks are the perfect blend of bitter and sweet. I'll stop at this one in MH on my way to work in Mt View or on my way home to Gilroy.

Perfect coffee. I tried also Caramel Cappuchino and must say it is delicious.

Always my favorite coffee. I get really happy when I see they've got Major Dickason's brewed. A dash of honey and cream, it tastes like rich hot chocolate. My visits here have never been unpleasant.

I drive out of my way just to get their excellent coffee & great customer service! I drive from East San José. I have to pass homeless people, gangs, red necks, some Trump supporters, and the road rage people. I love PEET's Coffee.

The manager is awesome. He knows customers by name and preferred drinks. He also supports teachers! Awesome Peet's. I'll make it a habit!

Peet's in Milpitas was very clean and Cozy, had a nice greeting when came in and the guys were very friendly and knowledgeable, nice& quite, if want peace and a good coffee or tea I recommend here.

Best Peets coffee I've been to as the staff is really friendly. Last time I was there the staff provided free coffee refills for everyone who was there. I believe it was samples, but really nice and thoughtful.

Great music! Heard some AL Green (Love and Happiness)! And they have a vegan selection of coffee and pastries. Better than Starbucks...

They have two things going for them. 1. Excellent coffee and 2. Exceptional customer service. Clean tidy place to hangout.
