I had frequented Tim Horton’s just once before. This location way exceeded my expectations!! Coffee was strong, hot, and perfect. Most importantly, young workers were working together as a team in the morning rush. Their support and constructive recommendations to each other rival corporate teams in other professions. It was also great to see ALL of their hair pulled back and caps used. There were a lot of bright and smiling faces during their hard, stressful efforts to manage the Saturday rush. Great job.

I was in an unfamiliar area and looked up the nearest Tim Horton's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food and drink were ready quickly and it was delicious.

Stopped in for gift cards, fast friendly service... also picked up 2 donuts for the ride home. The young man who waited on me was awesome.

Good, fast service. Delicious breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Literally I go to Timmy's whenever I get to town. It was 7am and they were fast and courteous. Good location!

5his was an impromptu visit to Timmy's. I got an iced coffee, bowl of broccoli soup and a chicken and steak wrap. All items were good and still warm/hot when I got home.

Great service. My hand spasmed in the drive through, dropping my sandwich as the staff person handed it to me. Immediately said they'd make a new one. I was mortified but they handled it completely kindly and professionally.

Three weeks ago, I went through this drive through- Had had a particularly rough day. Got to the prompter and was feeling indecisive. The woman, Johanna, (or Joanna?) behind the microphone was so very patient, described some items on the menu, gave recommendations and did it gladly, as if she was there to serve guests... go figure, customer service nowadays. Joanna you made my day, made me cry when you handed me my coffee with that smile. I hope you know that what you do makes a difference, and I pray you go far in life. Sorry it took so long to write this- it's been on my mind for a long time.

Another one my favorite hortons family right down the road from Erie and Niagara falls Blvd they are located at creekside and NF Blvd you can grab a coffee, tea, snack enjoy the park with your pets or nice stroll on the bike path there down along the canal. Nice spacious layout and the hortons family here is just as friendly. Enjoy

Thank you to the morning crew, were extremely nice coming through drive thru and understanding that Erie and the blvd location can’t seem to get their heads straight and make a farmers wrap. They all deserve a bonus!!!!

Love this place! Delicious coffee, yummy sandwiches, and tasty donuts. Wish we had them by us (Philly area) but at least we can buy the coffee at the grocery store!

It's the best Tim Horton's in the entire Western New York area. Kudos to Linda.....Jen and all the others! They are the best!

My only recommendation is that they would repair the potholes coming in from Creekside to TH's. Please repair the potholes! Other than the potholes, this Tim Horton's is THE BEST OF THE BEST! Thank you to all who are so wonderful to me as I come thru every morning ordering my large black coffee, double cup with senior discount. You people are THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!! You even put up with me with my wet hair coming from the pool after swimming 🏊🏻🏊🏻🏊🏻🏊🏻 a half mile!😄

Out first time here. Food was great and service was quick. This location is one of about 5 or 6 on this road. It's much quieter then the others.

Very friendly staff and the restaurant was not only nicely cleaned but it was also quiet and a calm atmosphere! My kids and I really enjoyed our visit to this location!

Drive up had super fast service. Best quick coffee in Buffalo. Nice people here always polite.
