Been so excited to visit here since it opened! So many choices, flavors, and great tasting! Cannot wait to return again! 💜 even my mom loved it. 💜

I LOVE THEIR TEA! SO GOOD!!! This is a smoothie the flavors are strawberry and raspberry, the bubbles are cherry and blueberry. Delicious!

This place is calming and has great service. The employees are knowledgeable and help you create whatever you want. Great place!!

Bubble tea is a fun little treat. There's a big variety of flavors to choose so it never gets old. They also serve food. The workers there are friendly. My first time going there I was nervous because I did not know how be or what to order. But they walked me right through it. I recommend you give it a try.

Delicious drinks and very helpful staff! I really like the mild sweet option since bubble teas can be too sweet at times. There is also a Splenda option for diabetic customers which I don’t see often either. I enjoyed the mango coconut lightly sweetened tea!

I went here for my birthday. We had fast and professional service. We all were treated with respect and kindness. And EVERYONE loved their tea. Bubble Tea I am coming back and bringing more family members!!!!

First time going yesterday actually. Very clean. I came in there wanting to try out those popping pears. lol me asking oh can I get those orebee looking things. I asked for recommendations and he picked out somthing really good. The service was great, and for a first timer at bubble tea, I reccomend this place for anyone willing to try somthing new. I will be coming back for more!! And the grilled cheese is amazing!

absolutely CANNOT say enough AMAZING things about this place. every single time i go in, im greeted by lovely smiling faces. every cup is absolutely perfect. recently i've been getting their "surprise me" option and i am NEVER disappointed.. not only is the product itself absolutely immaculate, but the staff are just delightful, the establishment is beautiful and delightfully decorated, and i've never seen a cleaner place. I absolutely love this little cafe, and i'll never go anywhere else for my bubble tea. (my favorite is black milk tea ;) if you aren't familiar with bubble tea, the staff will happily walk you through any questions you may have, and they really know their stuff!
great job you guys!! you should be astoundingly proud of yourselves.
edit: it also is very heartwarming to see the owner supporting local artists and other businesses. you can tell they are truly kind people. i really can't explain how much joy this little place brings me! ♥

I live about 30 miles away from the Cafe and regularly travel the distance with my wife to get bubble tea. It is quaint, the staff is always highly friendly, and the drinks are the best in the Rochester are in my opinion. Worth the try for anyone and everyone

A great spot to meet friends. Very friendly and welcoming. So nice to have a place to eat that understands how to prepare food for those with celiac disease. Interesting menu, changing art displays, fireplace and comfy chairs add to the experience.

Nice open place. Artwork on walls. Service was a little slow but my drink was with the wait.

I LOVE Bubble Tea..I think I'm addicted. I go very often & have never had a bad experience. The staff are very friendly & the food/drinks are always amazing. Like I tell them every time I go they need to open a store in Canandaigua!

Nice place, staff is always friendly. You have to try different flavors as some are stronger than others (response to the watered-down comment). I do wish one was closer to Newark as well.

Nice cafe with some neat views of the town. Helpful staff explained Boba and Milk Tea to my girlfriend's Grandma which was nice. Lots of options for you teas.
They have food too, but I'll have to try that next time.

Loved it! Nice personalization of specialty drinks...love the popping pearls, they add a burst of flavor! Customer service is awesome! Cant wait to go again!

Lovely bubble tea selection. We also ordered a wrap and soup of the day, and it was delicious! Definitely stop by this cafe if you get the chance.
