They truly take pride in customer service and making sure that you get what you want and that it's made right!

It is fantastic. They are great at substituting if they are out of the donut you want. They even threw in an extra plain glaze because they were out of what I wanted. Great service. Great food, great people.

Had the midnight blend coffee. Good if you like strong coffee.

Amanda helped us today, and she was so nice and so welcoming! We visit frequently, and this was the best experience we've had. Give that girl a raise! She deserves it :)

So different from the other DD on 441 in Summerfield. First time at this one. Service and staff were great. Even with 2 undecided old ladies in front of us, the Service was still great.

We have been here multiple times. Always a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly, coffee is good, atmosphere is nice. We have been to a few local Dunkin's and this one is my favorite.

I haven't been to the store yet even though I live a couple blocks away. I will definitely be back staff was friendly food was delish and coffee was much better than I remember

The employees have great attitudes….they make mistakes, but they are so willing and cooperative to correct the mistake. They’re really nice people. The best coffee in the Villages.

I visited before work Monday 12/14 at 5:20 am. I got a caramel iced coffee and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Jenelle (sorry if I spelled it wrong hunny) made my coffee and it was so good I had to tip her. I don't need to explain to specialty coffee drinkers how important it is to get your drink just right or how hard it is to find consistency anywhere. Thank you Jenelle, you made my morning that much better.

Wonderful staff! Everything is great and always made in a timely fashion. Angel is very sweet is always smiling and the place must be run very well. Samantha is very friendly and will fix anything she's asked with a smile😊 Great business

Sweet tooth solved. Seriously. I think the drive-thru employees must think...."she's back". They do carry breakfast items so you can explain the 4 trips a week.... "honey I bought a breakfast sandwich". Not me though....going straight for that delicious maple bar.

I'm a Dunkin coffee fanatic! I never miss an opportunity to get an iced coffee whenever I'm out and about. This location has turned it around...2019 the staff was Terrible! New manager and terrific, courteous, and helpful staff everytime!

I'm from New England so this is my go to place for coffee and donuts! Not too strong and not weak the coffee is just right! The donuts are always fresh and the staff is very friendly. Love it!

Came at 530am bought a dozen fresh doughnuts. Recommend Butter pecan 😋

The line was long, but the service was very quick! The employees working were very hard with a very large crown on a weekend morning- and they were all very friendly and had a smile. I would recommend they all get a raise! Everything tasted great

The staff was great. The coffee was great. Nice little place in The Villages. I'm particularly going to remember this Dunkin Donuts because I met someone who is really great there.

I love this place because it is always improving! No they don't have the donuts or bagels that you get from up North but the staff is always friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. I absolutely love this place

Sad a uhaul ran through their drive thru. Didn't do much damage nor hurt anyone thank goodness. He miss judged how tall the truck was.... bad idea buddy!!! Stop being lazy and walk in!!!
