Extremely Helpful and Friendly Customer Service! I am visiting from out of state and had a package delivered to the family lake cabin. Unbeknownst to me, the home is not set-up to receive USPS deliveries. Instead of sending the package back to the sender, the postal employee took the time to call me and let me know that my package had arrived, and offered to hold it for me at the post office. When I arrived, the box turned out to be too heavy for me to lift, so the postal worker offered to carry it to my car. Just fabulous service and the epitome of "Minnesota Nice." Wish my post office back home was as kind and helpful as the one in South Haven. Thank you!

They say they attempted delivery of Amazon orders but never really did. I wish Amazon would stop using USPS especially in South Haven,MN I am sick of paying for deliveries that I have to go pick up!

Id give this place 0 stars if i could...
I get email updates from the post office saying stuff with be delivered and it never comes on time. They will go a few days without picking up or delivering mail to our house.....
If our mail does come it's always past 6pm... Post office needs help or better management. Gets very frustrating dealing with this post office...

I have been trying to get mail service for a year now. They didn’t have a mail master for a ling time and I am still not able to receive mail.

Lousy service on my deliveries, lazy Postal Clerk on Route, throws pkg out of car. Lost numerous Amazon Deliveries thru the driver. Too lazy to do her job, absolutely the worst.
