This is a wonderful place to get a snap shot of Goodland! Everyone was raving about the pork rinds and gravy! Keto nerds will love them! The jalapeno bacon was a huge flavor hit! Excellent biscuits and gravy!!! The price point is right on the money! Ask for Kiley! It was her second day at work and she is wonderful! Terry is the owner and he is a very active manager! Great stories and good information about cool shopping around the area! Make the effort to stop and refresh yourself!! Thank you for being awesome!!

Really really really delicious chicken fried chicken sandwiches!!!!! Well cooked and perfectly crispy. Great pork tenderloin sandwich, bursting with flavor. Good burger with good flavor.

Lots of different options for fries for those who don't like the exact same thing. Onion rings were decent. We were given free pork rinds which was super cool, especially since we haven't tried fresh ones before. They have lots of different options for hot sauce, ranging even to Carolina reaper sauce, so try at your own risk.

The service was great! The guy was super nice and treated us all really well. It's a place that is definitely worth a visit for some good cheap food, and nice service.

Stopped for breakfast on the way to Colorado and enjoyed amazing food and service! The owner was our server and was a true joy to visit with. He let us try fresh pork rinds while we waited for our food and they were AMAZING! Our family highly recommends!!

Met owners Terry and Roberta and some of their friends. Treated me like family. Food was delicious. Had the special. Was offered some pork skins: perfect, still popping. Try to get the apple crumble on Sunday! Thanksgiving dinner is once a week ❤ just a hop from I-70, it’s a welcome break from road weariness, so peaceful with its authentic country setting. This is a super cute hidden gem of a restaurant. We are considering reasons to come back! Super friendly owners and the food is amazing! I definitely recommend anyone passing through Goodland to stop and experience it for yourself!

The bacon is actual smoked bacon, so it was phenomenal. The pork rinds (chicharron) were fantastic.

If you are hungry, stop here. You'll leave full and happy.

2 ND time here. Was even better than the first. We normally do not stop when loaded, but this is worth the time! Food is as excellent as the people that work here!!! Thank you again for the best experience out on the road.

A little off I70, but worth the couple of miles. Don't let the size of this restaurant fool you. Very warm, welcoming owners/staff. Service is great & food is excellent. You can't beat the prices anywhere. It's populated by locals, so you know it's consistently good. Breakfast 6-10:30, then lunch 'til 2, with some breakfast item still available. Closed Tues & Weds. We will return here every time we travel through this area. A great experience!

Good home cooking! Roberta and Terry offer generous portions, customizable offerings, daily specials along with menu staples. Tons of heart go into their food and customer service. We ordered burgers, fish, a variety of fried sides like pickles, cauliflower, onion rings, and cowboy bites. The BEST homemade ranch we've had in ages was served with them. We had mowed through most of them before we got the picture taken. The portions are quite generous.
The daily specials are unique and exciting. We'll be back for breakfast!

Every time I have been here, the service has been awesome! This is a small place off the interstate to come and enjoy a breakfast or lunch. Calming atmosphere and great food make this place great. Also, they have added a small game on each table to help pass the time while your food is cooked!

Saw the sign off I-70 while driving from Iowa to Colorado. Service was amazing, such a quaint atmosphere, folks from all parts of the country were stopping in and talking to each other. I had the taco, fried zucchini and fried green beans, my son had the grilles cheese. Great food, and such a nice break from fast food usually off the interstate. The waiter was attentive, and very sweet with my son. Even told us a few fun things to do close by on the rest of our journey. This we forever be a stop for us on our travels!!!

We were passing through town and stopped here for a bite to eat. The food was great, cozy atmosphere and the people were so friendly and nice. If I happen to be in that area again I will stop! Thank you to all at the Kitchen for being so kind.

Super good, hidden gem little diner. The food is so good, it tastes like comfy, real home cooking. The owners and staff are super nice people and make you feel welcome. Definitely stop here!

Small, quaint diner with a great feel. Service was excellent from the gentleman we believe owns it. Good was top notch. Portions are perfect. They even brought us a sample of one of their new items that was great! If we didn’t live so far out, we’d def make this place a common place to stop.
