McDonald's

Went for a late-night snack for my wife and our friend. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. Food was great according to those that got something.

Stopped here on my travels. It was actually the nicest service I've ever received at a McDonald's. The one near me needs to take notice of you and how you do things

I really enjoy using the mobile app. It makes it easy to use the deals and really fast in the drive thru.

The new store is nice. Great service like before although you have to ask for napkins,refills etc. And you cannot tip...

Staff is very sweet! I am passing through on my way to Indianapolis and their drive thru staff’s kind and cheerful service was exactly what I needed after being in the car for 3 hours. I’ll have to stop by on my next time through.

The morning crew and Michaela are the best, me and my husband come in every morning and they start making our coffees. She goes above and beyond and definitely deserves a raise. They make sure I get through my day!

I went into the lobby this evening to order food. After I ordered I witnessed a customer being extremely rude for no reason and it seemed like she was trying to start a problem. She was demanding and acting like she owned the place. It was very busy and the staff was working as efficiently as they could! The manager (Mackenzee) was very polite to the customer despite how rude she was!

Love the new McDonald's. The chicken nuggets were the perfect , and the fries were perfectly salted.

We decided to stop for a quick bite. Little did we realize that the place was packed. The drive through was literally out to the street. With that being said it took about 20 minutes to get our order. They did an awesome job. Efficient dispute the flood of customers. Thank you

This family owned McDonald's is by far one of the best locations we have ever visited. Customer service and friendliness are top-notch. Store is always clean and orders are out quickly and accurately.

I wanted to give a great BIG shout out to Eric! Sunday morning at this location things were very hectic due to technical difficulties with the order screen. Eric kept all customers informed of the situation (even to the Spanish speaking patron since Eric is evidently fluent). He handled every customer with excellence-from the understanding people who waited patiently, to the one woman who lost her patience, to the customers who placed on line orders. While Eric was keeping the front end running, every employee was working diligently to get through the exceptionally long drive thru line, and the cooks were working non stop for the hour plus I was there. I just wanted McDonald’s management to know what an asset you have in Eric and the crew - so many people do not express compliments for great work, only share their complaints. Awesome work!

This is our FAVORITE McDonald’s. This family owned franchise is the best I have ever been to, in many different ways. We stop whenever we are passing back by the exit from Blue Ash Ohio. Because it is right off the interstate we stopped the first time by chance, but make a point to go there now whenever we are in the area ( we live in Columbus Indiana). While It may sound silly, yet their buns are the fluffiest and softest buns I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Fries are always perfect, shakes, Big Macs. They always have our order right, always friendly faces. Woman’s restroom always clean. It’s worth a stop! And no other McDonald’s compares now!

Very good for McDonald's. I see no reason not to give five stars. Service was great, fast and friendly. As for the food.....it's McDonald's. You get what you pay for. Very good.

I thought the manager on shift was hilarious! He treated the customers with a bubbly smile, and joked around with the old man regulars when we stopped in for breakfast in the morning. Everything was clean, and we really enjoyed our time :)

Frequently stop for coffee, breakfast &/or a quick bite. Usually grabbing something to go, this is a quick stop with great service in a very clean facility! Staff are always professional! They greet me pleasantly with a smile! They provide exceptional efficient service, accurate orders, expediently, & with all your order in your drive-thru bag! A real phenomenal experience! Restrooms are clean & functional! Both clean & functional restrooms are a priority for hitting the highway, or errands around town! All features together, create a must stop & return locale!

Stopped there after my Colonoscopy and got Quarter Pounder with cheese. The buns were too soft and the hamburger was smaller than the last time I had. What's up with that?
