McDonald's

I made a mobile order for a Caramel Frappuccino with an espresso shot and extra caramel. It was delicious. I never knew that I could customize my drink.
The speed of receiving my drink was quick.

My fries were COLD...came back thru the drive thru line..told they were now closed.. manager said I will remake them for you.. I was GRATEFUL.. My meal was $10.64 and to have COLD FRIES would have been Awful... seeing as I hadn't had it in YEARS...
My double fish filet with lettuce & tomato and fries ended up being really Good.

I thought they didn't put onion on my burger. It was melted under the cheese. It's the little things!!

It was nice and empty, plenty of places to sit and that were clean! The bathroom was also decent both men's and women's, my food was fresh and ready quickly! They brought my food to the table having noticed I had a ton of kids with me and they stayed to make sure my order was correct! Definitely will have breakfast here again next time we're in town!

Today's experience was awesome!

The crew worked well and kept the line moving. The young woman at the window was very polite and had a great attitude. The only issue I had was that they ran out of drinks and iced tea.

Nice, clean, fast. That’s all you need to know about this place. And of course - polite and professional employees.

South boston McDonald's is the best one I have ever been to. The staff was extraordinarily happy, friendly and enthusiastic. The inside of the restaurant and parking lot were very clean, and the food was hot and great.
In my 30+ years, this was the best experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant

Since they remolded it has been wonderful. The food is always hot. The cashiers are super friendly and nice. The cooks always make sure my order is exactly right i cant complain at all about this mew McDonalds

Went for morning breakfast biscuits and was greeted by workers immediately as we entered facility. Great service and the usual good food. Clean tables and floors as well as restrooms. Was a little bit smaller than most McDonald's.

Hadn't ever been to this one. Very clean inside, even in the bathroom.

They forgot my pickles on one sandwich and not the other,and I know that's not much but the sandwich ain't the same without the pickle

My 5 stars go to the cashier Shakiara Scott ! I’m not from VA just visiting but she made my visit at McDonald’s everything ! She was completely patient and polite ! She has the attitude and the face McDonald’s need! Thank you again Shakiara and be blessed baby!

Service has improved dramatically over the past couple years and consistently good service over the past 6 months. Clean and friendly service, nice remodeling, thanks for improvements.

They employee's we're very nice and got my order very fast. Everything was just the way I asked for it. Over all it was a great experience.

This girl in the drive thru, I believe her name tag says Elaina. She's adorable, and she makes coming to McDonald's a pleasant delight. She's always smiling and so sweet! More places of business need people like her to work for them! Don't ever let her go McDonalds!!

The new McDonald's in South Boston, Va is great and most modern McDonald's iv ever seen. You come in door and place your order on a screen and pay there. The greeter helps you and gives you a number to sat on your table. They bring your food to your table and when you finish they will take your paper and tray away for you. Very roomie and modern dining room.

Pretty good service here lately pricey like everywhere now days but pretty good McDonalds
