This is at least the 3rd or 4th time dealing with Brandon, and it's always a very good experience! He's very knowledgeable and doesn't just try and sell you something you don't need!

Brandon was absolutely wonderful to work with. He did not rush or pressure us into anything. He took the time to explain everything to us in detail. This is the only version store we ever come to. We always have a great experience and the employees are very helpful and friendly. We tell all our family and friends to come to this Verizon location.

Went in to get an upgrade on my phone because my battery life was diminishing. Natasha handled me and three other customers in the time period I was there as she was the only one on the floor for a bit and she did wonderfully!

Landon was awesome! My phone dropped and broke and wouldn't turn on (black screen) but i needed to get all my photos (thousands) and travel info off of it, and he was able to do it for me. (It was a real headache and he was so patient!) Thanks!! 😊

Brandon is the Best!!! He helped us transfer service and set up new phones! He cares about his clients and goes beyond to make sure all the new phones were working in different states! He is friendly, hard worker, and makes the process simple and convenient!!!

I had an extraordinary experience this morning with Verizon.
Brandon the young man who helped me, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the sale of my new I-phone 13.
I was very anxious going into the visit. Brandon was very professional and resolved my necessity of phone replacement from my IPhone 6.
All information was transferred without issue. You are fortunate to have Brandon in your employ.

Jeff was great. He gave us quick service in the store and resolved the issues I was having with my phone not holding a charge. He did misinform me that I wouldn't have the hassle of returning the phone that wasn't working. However, overall I was very satisfied.

After receiving the replacement phone, Maddie helped me wipe the old phone. This is after I tried via Google, went to another store that couldn't do it successfully, I tried again via Google, I called customer service who walked me through it again, then I finally tried again via Google. This was no easy task. That was at least half a dozen attempts to wipe it, people. Maddie was fantastic! She also grabbed me a padded envelope to return the phone. She was easy to deal with, very quick and competent. Seriously, that's one employee that deserves a big fat raise! Thanks again, Maddie. You really saved the day!
