McDonald's

I stop here often and every time is a great experience! The food is always fresh and hot. Every visit I am greeted and also acknowledged as a person which is very rare anywhere these days. Did I say how amazing the food was?!?!?

We love this place! The lady who just took our menu understood us so well. We used a code and at our last McDonalds we used a code and they said we were wrong. So we went to this one and the lady was so nice and said that she understood and thought that the McDonalds was wrong.

Micky Dees is one of my favorite places to grab a sandwich when I am in a hurry. And this one here is very fast and very clean . The staff in here are very friendly and helpful if you get lost .

I would just like to start off by saying how friendly the staff is. Especially the blonde lady in the morning at the second window she is always so kind and making sure she’s handing out the correct order. My food was so delicious today and the McGriddle was so fresh off the grill and they made my iced coffee with light syrup which I really appreciate the accommodation because the iced coffees can be sweet. Keep up the good work!

I have been coming here for many years, and fortunately they have really got their act together!! Over the years, they have improved in properly trained management and staff; which makes the overall experience much more appealing!!👍I hope they continue to improve the menu, so that everyone😀can find entree's that they can enjoy!! Also, breakfast items should be served 24/7; as well as burgers/chicken menu!! People want to eat whatever they want, when ever they want!?! Times have changed; and menus need to change with the times!!

Secong time here for lunch and both times fast (for a busy Mcdonalds), and friendly service. Saved alot of money with the app coupons, and food was hot and tasted great (tried a new sandwhich). Facility was clean inside and out but crowd is very elderly, my guess because of the hospital offices nearby so lots of yelling because they can't hear very well but Mcdonalds can't control that.

So ill make a long story...short. What was almost a bad experience at this Mickey D's.... turned into one of my best experiences here thanks to the manager that was on duty, Cali or Kali (sorry about the spelling). She was awesome! She went above and beyond to correct the situation that occurred (and mind you, this was during a dinner rush). I'll definitely be back especially because of her. Thank You again Cali/Kali☺!

This is one of our original McDonald's of our area and they do nothing but "come up". The staff is always polite and greet us with a smile, while our orders are always correct and served in a timely manner. This was this mornings breakfast for me and my daughter.

Best McDonald's in the Altoona area. These guys try their best to assure customer satisfaction. Super nice staff that work on a professional level. If you have an issue they will do their best to make you happy. Food was really good, even for fast food standards. Don't be a jerk to the staff, of any restaurant, they will hear your concern and address it. Just be honest.

It was quiet, clean, and the staff was friendly & helpful. I haven't had a burger in2 years and my Big Mac was perfect. My mom really enjoyed her fish sandwich. She used the 2 for $4 special for our lunch.

They were nice enough that when I went to leave and the bag ripped open and fell to the floor they remade my order and helped me out. Was not expecting the kindness and quick response to the incident, place seems to be really turning itself around.

Amazing. The service is quick and the employees wonderfully kind. You never expect this type of friendly, welcoming environment at a fast food resturaunt, so this exceeded my expectations. On a day it was snowing an employee went to deliver an order to a car outside, and was still polite. It amazed me.

It’s very good at this McDonald’s for Change. Good job guys.

Every other McDonald's I try to order from, either gives me older food that's been sitting there for a while, doesn't get my order right, or doesn't give my son the right food in his Happy meal.. It's so weird, but this McDonald's food is always fresh, always gives me everything right, and they have very nice people inside! I'm not a huge promoter of fast food eating, but if I was going to cheat every once and awhile with my son, this is the place I would go!! ❤

Secret Shopper Investigation performed.
Observations were perfect. The lobby, ladies’ room, counter area, and parking lot were all in top top shape - and the staff was refreshing! The man (see photo) behind the cashier counter was sweet, kind, and willing to go the extra mile. I overheard his conversation with customers and a coworker - both equally soft spoken and genuine. I especially enjoyed hearing him encouraging his coworker that she was “paying it forward” when paying special attention to the needs of the customers and offering her knowledge to someone in need. I assumed he was referring to her last customer’s questions, and how she went the distance to answer and serve him. The man in the photo with me is Davione, a very polite and super thoughtful team member. Davione was exposed to my five back to back mobile orders and delivered each to me, with a smile, in the lobby. He was delightful, to say the least. I have awarded Davione with the Trophy of the Day, and this inspection as my Favorite of the Week (today is my 4th day of this week, out of five)! Congratulations Station Mall McDonald’s!!!!!!

Cmon... it's McDonald's. You're not going for quality food or a wide selection on the money. Pick a burger, get some fries, get out of dodge. Cool staff at this one though
