John diagnosed the situation quickly as a bad charger and ordered a new charger and battery for my laptop which came in in a few days. I thought his fee was more than reasonable.I was totally satisfied with his service and have no problem recommending GRH to others.

I had my computer diagnosed at the place next to Little Creek and they said I needed to replace the hard drive. When I replaced it, it still had the same problem, so I took it to John.
