Started the process March 14th. I have a beautiful home for my family in August. The whole team in Tulsa was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with!! Thank you!!! Nikki Pete Amy Jason, you all are an amazing team. Our dreams are finally reality!

We have just completed our closing and now we are ready to start building! Everyone in the Tulsa office has been nothing but amazing! Our situation was a little trickier from financing to the way our land sits. Pete and Nikki have gone above and beyond to get our financing approved, the plan that we needed for our family, and redoing our house plans to fit our challenging land. I can't thank them enough for all the countless hours that they have put in to make our home a reality that we have worked toward for many years.

Everyone is knowledgeable with everything! Nikki knew our requests in a home and she helped pick out the perfect home! Pete handled everything from the finance to coming out to our property to see where we want the house to go and we met Jason the superintendent at closing and was very detailed to ensure we have the perfect home and look forward to working with him! Amy went over everything from exterior paint to all the fun details in our home, from counter choices to cabinets, stone, lighting, etc..we couldn’t be more impressed with the Tulsa office! Can’t wait to show you the end result!

We are getting ready to break ground on our new home! UBH has been great to work with. The team at the Tulsa location are all wonderful! We have loved working with all of them. Pete, Nikki, Jason, and Amy have all been great to work with. Customer service above and beyond. The process has been smooth so far. The approval process and quick and painless. Cant wait for our home to take shape!

After looking at different options for a home, UBH Tulsa was the best choice. Nikki helped us find the best design in a home, The Sterling floor plan. We are so excited to break ground and see the process of our home being built! Pete, Jason and Amy have been very informative with everything so far. Our house became a home recently! We went to united built homes, just to see what we could do. There was zero pressure to buy. Nikki and Amy were wonderful about showing us the options. When we talked to Pete we knew we were going to dive in. The office staff knew exactly what we needed to get things rolling. They were quick and thorough with any question or concern we had. They were honest people, they genuinely cared about the little details, which is very important to an investment like a house. Ray and Billy check on the crews often. Those guys were way more involved than we were expected. Which is wonderful! The united built team worked together to take away a lot of our stresses. We weren't just a paycheck to this company. They really wanted our house to be exactly what we wanted. We have no complaints about the process. If you're thinking about building, stop by and see them. I never thought we could afford our dream home. They made it happen! Thank you to all involved!

Feb 2023—-We are so excited to be moving into our forever home. We definitely had some hiccups along the way but UBH was attentive to our complaints and addressed the issues. Pete was very easy to communicate with and I appreciate his prompt responses. I also appreciate Jason— he is new to UBH and is doing a phenomenal job- . He in an incredible asset to the UBH family.. April—-2022 United Build Homes out of Tulsa has been incredible to work with! The process has honestly been a fun adventure thus far. Pete, Nikki and Amy have worked diligently to make the experience as seamless as possible. Each have been attentive to our needs and wants and have truly made us feel like part of the family. I am astounded at how quickly we were able to close! Construction will begin soon. I have NO doubts that open communication we allow us to successfully address any complications that arise.

The UBH Tulsa Team was the absolute best. We had been looking for a new home for some time before we decided to visit the Tulsa Design Center. The first person we were in contact with was Nikki. Nikki was very professional and helped us get the home building process started when she introduced us to Pete. Pete walked us through the design process in collaboration with James and Amy. The entire Tulsa Team made the whole process simple and we ended up with the exact house we wanted at a price we could live with!!

We just signed the paperwork on our build and we couldn’t be happier! Although everyone’s process is different, ours went very quick and seamless. Nikki and Pete in the Tulsa office were so helpful and easy to work with. There are floor plans for everyone and the construction and materials are top notch!

My entire family loves United Built Homes! The first time our family went to view their model homes was our family fun day. We met Nikki Adams. She was so friendly and helpful. She gave me valuable information on improving my credit that eventually led to our purchase. I was extremely nervous but Pete and James made signing great.All the staff in that building are truly amazing. Amy has answered any color and design questions I have asked. Trust me they have options. This team has made our dream a reality. God bless.

It was a pleasure working with the Tulsa office. Nikki was very good at helping us find what we needed. Pete got all the approvals we needed in a timely manner. Amy was very helpful when we were picking out all of our options for the new house. The crews that have come out have been very respectful and courteous. The office ladies are always right there if you have any questions. Billy is amazing during the build he is great at explaining anything you may have a question or concern about during the construction.

Ubh Tulsa has been great since the moment we walked in to look at the model homes! Nikki was very informative about all the options that we had and could get in the house we picked, she made all the paperwork easy. Peter was easygoing with all the financial aspects of the process and all ways commumicated with us. James was informative on the land layout of the home. Amy was great with all the color choices and fixtures of our house. Overall a great experience with everyone we worked with, because of them we just closed on our first and only forever home!

Will be finishing up on our house in the next few weeks. Pete, Amy and Jason with the Tulsa office have a pleasure to work with. Glad we chose to go with UBH.

The entire team at the Tulsa office have been amazing. We had some issues with our land that had nothing to do with UBH but they were extreme helpful and went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed to start building. The process has been extremely easy and stress free. So excited to get our house built!!

The wonderful staff at UBH, Tulsa is second to none. Upon walking in, we were greeting by Nikki. She was friendly and always willing to find a way to answer our questions and be a positive light in a process that can be a bit daunting.

UBH was willing to work with us and the seller of the land we found. They took a lot of the stress and headache away from us…working to take care of the purchase and closing for us.

When we sat down to learn more about the future of building our home, foreign to us, Pete was patient and worked through the kinks and confusion.

They met us out on our new land and helped us through the survey. The Building Super, Surveyor, and Pete gave us time to figure out where to put the house and gave much-needed advice along the way.

Pete, closed on our loan, in the evening, when it was convenient for us. They even provided dinner! We appreciated not having to take off work and that UBH was so accommodating! Pete, at UBH, closed on our land deal for us and ensured it went smooth.

Nikki and Amy were awesome! They helped us figure out colors and helped work out random kinks. Nikki even inviting to show us her own United Built home. She met us there one evening, on her own time, and we were so very grateful!

The team at UBH Tulsa are so amazing and truly do love helping people achieve their dreams. We are thankful we took the time to stop by…our life hasn’t been the same since (in the best of ways)!!! We can’t to see what the future of our build has to hold…but we know UBH will be there with us, through it all.
