Long River Local Farm Market & Cafe

This is thee cutest cafe they have their own little chicken coop too! The outside seating area is so cute with lots of flowers. On site parking is available. I stop here for the breakfast sandwich and I can confirm it’s 10/10. The pricing isn’t bad either. The bun is so soft and airy so it doesn’t feel as heavy as a bagel. Everything is made to order & they use super fresh ingredients! Truly of my favorite breakfast sandwiches in Connecticut! The cafe also offers items to go such as salads, cheeses, gelato, honey & so much more!

All around a 10 out of 10 experience! The people are great, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere perfect! Loved the farm feel. The place is great to spend a leisurely time.

Cute little cafe, friendly staff, and holy cow-the best, most authentic Cuban I’ve seen served anywhere outside of Florida or made at home. The pork is perfectly roasted, the bread nice and crispy. If you’re looking for the real deal, look no further.

Great menu items! Breakfast sandwiches, lunch and to go meals. Coffee is amazing too! Staff is friendly such a great spot!

A hidden 💎 gem just SECONDS off of I-95!!! Please stop for a snack . . . Delicious, hot, made to order breakfast sandwiches and perfectly brewed local roasters coffee ☕ 😋 I've had their delicious pastries as well and they're always yummy. Very small, but so local and comforting. My favorite is "The Murph". I'm new to the area and I think I found my new place.

I average 2 meals a month here. I haven’t had a bad meal here yet. I highly recommend the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich. It is excellent. Most of their products are sourced locally. This is a great place to support the local economy. Nice outdoor seating, but nothing indoors.

Great spot: A little peace in a hectic area. Foods home made, not some Sysco BS. Check um out.

I have gone a number of times and its fantastic. Both the Greek sandwich (for lunch) and BEC (for breakfast) were delicious. Kombucha and coffee are both local and dynamite.

Great food, came with 30 mins to close feeling like I’d be a bit of a burden. Didn’t feel that way at all. Wonderful service, I had a delicious Cuban, my wife had the the farmer. Sat outside expecting to be called when our food was ready but was surprised to have it brought out to me! Also l, the ice coffee was tasty :)

Yay! Yumm!! That was so delicious thank you! The replacement for chicken with kale and eggplant was amazing! I still can’t believe that’s kale. I’m glad I got another sandwich for later, it looks equally fulfilling.

The thanksgiving Turkey sandwich and the Cuban were both terrific. A great addition to the prepared food choices in the area. The price was reasonable also.

A great little spot for breakfast or lunch, and curated grocery goods. They have coffee from my favorite local roaster. I also had a wonderful butter croissant. Nice shaded outdoor seating for a relaxing summer meal.

Great fresh food for lunch and a nice spot to sit outside to eat and drink our coffee. Our son loved playing in the rocks under the big trees. While we prefer to make coffee at home, it’s nice to have a spot to relax while on vacation that’s laid back. Definitely coming back again when we’re in town.

My breakfast was absolutely delicious! I loved how the egg was cooked and the cuban roll was amazing. I'll be back!

This is everything I love about smaller markets. You can't go wrong because everything is excellent! Stunning salads and take home meals, gorgeous selection of soaps and beeswax candles, and everything else in between. Not to be missed!

Very delicious! The Okie smash burger and the Greek pita wrap were awesome. Can’t wait to go back.

They’ve got a great selection of good food, I usually get the okie or the Cuban and love the store, there’s always really nice people as well! Eating outside on the patio was a really good experience and I’ll be doing it again!
