Greg has always been prompt to come out and service my unit summer/winter.

Works fast and finds the problem quickly. Charges fairly. Very easy to work with! Definitely recommend.

I dont usually leave reviews. In fact this is the first one ever. I feel obligated though to say what a great experience I had with Greg the tech at lamb's. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed and replaced the faulty parts and checked out the rest of my system quickly and efficiently. I was worried that with such professionalism it was going to be expensive but was surprised to find out how affordable it ended up being. Great Co. to have employees like Greg. I would highly recommend Lambs. They could not have done a better job.

Lamb's Heating and Air replaced my old heat pump in 2012 with a new Trane Heat Pump. Mr. Lamb was much more reasonable on cost for the new unit. The removal and install took one day and there were no problems! The only issues I've had with the system were due to bad design by Trane on a control board. Lamb's took care of the issue as soon as they got the new part from Texas. They have been great to deal with and honest!! I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done!!

Had a new heat pump installed in an old farmhouse and Lamb's did an excellent job. Seem like a very knowledgeable and professional company. They also installed a system for my mother a few years ago and did a great job with hers as well. I'm very pleased and a lot cooler today thank to Lamb's Heating and Air.

I have used Lamb's for over a year and would recommend them to anyone. Honest, trustworthy, courteous, timely, do good work and will talk to you about issues and recommend solutions.

I highy recommend this excellent company! I just had a 4000 plus square foot house built and they did the HVAC work. From the rough in to the finish work, they did a great job, and were very professional!

I was verry pleased with the installation of my heating and cooling system .

Way over priced!Quoted me 9,800$ to re.do my duck work. YES! 9,800$! Took 3days to get that out of the ball park est.
Same day I got that est. I had another company give an est.that they gave me in 10minutes while in my driveway(in writing) For 6,100$ to do the job 2,700$ less
Now ur ready I got another est. But! It over the phone for approx. 3,200$ to due the job .at this time unfortunately the owner and staff came down with Corona and couldn't come over in person to write me a proposal so that last proposal for 3200$ is hearsay now here's the kicker.
So now I go out of town an just got last est. For 3100$ Yes they got the job and I'm ecstatic and so mad that a local company give me an estimate for $7,000 over yes over charging for ductwork in my book if they didn't want to do what they should just say not interested in the job not overcharging $7,000 absolutely ridiculous yes and I have that proposal in writing for $9,800

Very unprofessional people. It took them a month to "make" the time to come out to put in an HVAC unit then waited until the day before to get the permit from the electrical company and because of that we had to wait another two weeks. Then when they finally made it out to my home they damaged a magnolia tree that I am very fond of, twice, by pulling their truck under it when it was obvious it was not going to fit. Then after they hooked up the HVAC and new electrical panel we noticed that our oven and one of our downstairs overhead lights no longer worked. We have some problems with our electrical work, we knew, but instead of sending someone out that could tell there was a problem and that the oven shouldn't be hooked up, they sent someone who in his own words said he doesn't usually deal with electrical work, the oven blew up. When I called the owner to ask him to explain his reasoning he hung up on me. Then had his wife call the next day to tell us they would send a check to compensate for their mistake. A month later and no check and never once an apology. All he ever said about the delays and incompetence was it wasn't his fault. I do not recommend them at all, please go with another company.

Very unprofessional! We had an issue with our 2 year old heat pump around 730 pm. We called Lamb heat and air and the after hours message had a phone number for emergencies. We called the after hour number with no answer. My husband left a message stating our problem. Mr. Lamb TEXT is and stated "turn your emergency heat on and I'll call you tomorrow". My husband text him back and let him know our emergency air wasn't working either, Mr. Lamb then called. He stated we probably had a motor out and my husband asked if there was a switch or anything we could check over the phone. Mr Lamb then stated "boy you need to put your big boy pants on and realize that stuff breaks and I'm out with my family and there's nothing I can do until tomorrow. You need to stop being a baby and grow up!" He then hung up. My husband was so upset. We thought having no heat during December would qualify as an emergency. Needless to say we will never use them again and caution anyone who is even considering them!
