Griswold Estates Apartments

We are so happy with this apartment and the people working here. They are fast and efficient. We had problems with the refrigerator and they thought it was fixed. Today it was acting up again. Called the office and before I hung up Steve was here. No messing with it he brought us a new one.
This is a Great Place. We couldn't be happier.

Great experience maintenance came right over diagnosed and replaced the part within a couple days. So five star but the dishwasher just today decided to not drain again can you please send him back over whenever is possible thanks Chance

Not a bad place to live. The apartment was nice and clean when I first moved in. In my year and half there, never saw roaches, bed bugs, or any other pests. Id recommend.

Been moved in going on 2 months and I got no complaints. This was my first time getting my own place and all the staff in the office were nothing but helpful. We moved in with no difficulties and its been good so far.

A wonderful place to start your new life! Reasonable rent prices, perfectly sized spaces, and friendly staff. What's not to like?

I just renewed my lease for yet another year. There are pros and cons of that but in general I have had a wonderful experience none the less. The office people are nothing but helpful when or if you need them and other than the occasional rebel neighbors everyone is very respectful and enjoyable to be around/live by.

Not bad place to live . Very peaceful
. But i wish they would expand the front parking lot and scoot the dumpsters back out the parking spaces

I was very skeptical about renting here as I have had similar apartments that were unpleasant. I was pleased to have the apartment that fits my needs, as challenges have arisen the staff has acted upon them efficiently. Even with a shortage of maintenance workers my requests have been handled in a timely fashion. The office ladies have made my son and I feel right at home.

Complete turn around, big changes with new management. Quiet happy place to live.

Misty in the office is a sweetheart! She was helpful and understanding of our schedule to come in and sign our agreement. The complex is maintained and our apartment was flawlessly move in ready. Alot of space for a 2 bedroom apartment. Would highly recommend for someone looking to move into.

Five stars to Grisworld Estates and especially to their representative, April Wise.

While seeking an apartment for our elderly father my siblings and I had the pleasure of being escorted by April. She took great care in explaining our options and showing us around the lovely complex. We were impressed with how well cared for the property looked and the model apartment was quite nice.

Although our father was reluctant to relocate to Griswold Estates our experience with April Wise was pleasant and we greatly appreciate her caring consideration of our particular needs. We highly recommend Griswold Estates to anyone wishing to move to Auburn, Indiana.

I've been living here at griswold estates for almost 2 years. The maintenance staff is top notch, if you have any issues their right there to get them fixed. The girls in the front office are the best, they will work very hard to resolve any issues that you might have. All in all I've really enjoyed the 2 years that I've been here.

Very nice office ladies! I took my daughter in with me while filling & finishing the application & my daughter wanted to play with things & kept distracting me. They basically set up her own little office & let her draw on scrap papers. My daughter enjoyed it! Overall they were understanding & very nice about the situation.

Misty was great to work with when trying to find an employee of mine an affordable option for rent, she helped him with the application process, made it simple for him to make his initial deposit, application fee and first months rent payment. I highly recommend Griswold Estates!

January marks my third year here at Griswold Estates!!! There always improving the resident, management is always kind caring and always willing to help you any time you need. I am happy to be here with many more years!!! Thank you Griswold Estates for making this place home!!!

The apartment is awesome, very happy!

This five star rating is for management, namely the assistant manager April and the manager Nicky. These women are professional, attentive and willing to give 100% of their time and energy to the task(s) at hand.

Griswold is clean and well maintained, the apartments are nice and the grounds are kept well! Would definitely recommend friends and family to rent!!! Staff is friendly and on task!!
