Dr. Dave and Tammy saved my best friends life. I couldn’t be more grateful for what they did for Bailey. They saw her the same day even though I called late in the afternoon and stayed late to perform an emergency surgery. I’ve never had a vet team care so much and go so much out of their way for me and I’m forever grateful for the extra years they gave me with Bailey. No words to explain my gratitude.

Every person you interact with shows their love for animals as they are family. Ever since I adopted my sweet Mara in Nov of 2022 and brought her here, I transferred to have my older dog, Semper, who will be 14 in August. I live in the FW area, and it's about 25-30 minute drive, but it's worth the wait because of how they treat you and your pet/family member. I couldn't be blessed with better vets/technicians than them. Wonderful staff! Prices are affordable as well!

Thanks for taking care of our Blue! They removed a piece of bone lodged underneath our dogs palate and teeth this morning! Had him in and out in under 2 hours and under $200 on a Saturday! Clean and pretty facility! So thankful!

Veterinary staff deserves 5+ stars, but I wouldn't give the receptionist even 1.

I love all the medical staff here and they've always taken great care of my pets, but whoever answers the phones has got to go. The last 3 times I've called, I've been greeted with a condescending tone from a less than helpful receptionist. I know it wasn't just a "bad" day because it's been over the last 6 months that I've noticed it. I don't like being put on the offense whenever I need to coordinate care for my pets. Thankfully, I (just today) found out there's a pet portal on their website so I can schedule my appointments online. I was actively looking for another veterinarian before I thought to check for online scheduling. I've never had a bad interaction with any of the medical staff and we've been going here for 15+years. If you can stomach being talked down to every time you schedule, then at least you know your pet will be getting great care. Otherwise, I'd schedule online and avoid her all together.

I am very happy with my service and so is miss chunkey and thank you Roxy An everyone for dealing with my picky cat. She got SPAY and shots. I am very happy she stayed the night and she will made a great recovery. The front desk people are so nice and friendly today. Never really been apart from her so I was crying like a baby last night. 😊😁

Dr. Theresa did an amazing job with my dog, Jackson. She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and caring. You can tell she really loves animals, and knows her stuff. I will request her every time.

I wish there was a way to give 10 stars, cause I would, long story short, our 5 month old MaineCoon swallowed a nerf dart, and only had hours to live, after calling 7 other vets Auburn was my last call and they did not turn him away like the others did, not only that they did the surgery the same day at a 5th of the cost that St. Joe ER was gonna charge, which is unreal to me! We are grateful for their compassion for animals they are incredible, and I will now drive the 45 minutes to their facility for all my animals' future needs! We can't thank you enough!

Had a very bad vet that made my female red bone hound Snickers cancer metastasize without biopsies. Came to AH for 2nd opinion. Actually treated my BFF like she mattered. Great information about what I can do for her journey. Great veterinarians. Thanks Therese Shafer...you are the best!

They were very sympathetic about the issues with my dogs arthritis and hip dysplasia. They explained what treatment he needed and what options we have as the disease progressed. We could tell the doctor cared about our dog and us.

Everyone was great there from reception to the surgeon. Very good experience all around. My dog needed emergency surgery and they got us in right away and we came away with an excellent outcome. Quite reasonably priced for all that we needed. Beautiful facility. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It wasn't the greatest experience considering we were there for a chemo treatment for our pet but they were still very pleasant, kind, and patient with the dog as she's well behaved but her vains were just hard to access. Prices are reasonable.

I called this office Monday morning for an emergency with our kitten. I had never been here before. The staff was so helpful and prompt on our way there. They took us in as brand new patients with a lobby full of established patients with appointments. The outcome was not as we hoped for and every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and compassionate. The cost was totally affordable. I was blown away by what a great experience we had in such an awful time. We have a vet in Fort Wayne we have always been happy with, but Monday was enough for me to switch to this office and give them a shot at becoming our regular vet. We will be bringing our next kitty in tomorrow!

When I got my baby from an older lady, she said Auburn Hills is were she went.
My Chiquita had an eye removed and then after a year she had some growths. Auburn Hills did biopsy on my sissy girl and they had to keep her. She was well taken care of and the biopsy was negative.
They care about your animal and it shows.

I travel from 28 miles away to have my dogs see this vet. My previous vet was literally a mile away. But, the office was old and dirty. Their prices kept going up and up. And, they did a "first come first serve" type system, so I could wait up to 2 hours just to be seen, then to be charged ridiculous prices. Auburn Hills was recommended by my nephew. I live right near 469, so it's never been a big deal to hop on the highway and make it there in 30 minutes. We're always seen within 15 minutes of arriving, and most staff is very pleasant and friendly (minus one person who answers the phone all the time like it's a bother). All of the vets have given my dogs great care. But, really, it is the prices that keep me coming back. I've been shocked by the good prices for full blood test, xrays, flea/tick meds, antibiotics, etc.

I want to give a big heart felt thank you all the amazing people that work at Auburn Hills. You all have went above and beyond to help me with Baby several years and Coco this year. Yes they both passed away, and yes medical problems but you all went out of your way to try and save my beloved animals. I can not express my gratitude to all of you. Thank you again for everything ❤

Auburn Animal Hospital has taken care of my pets for over 20 years I recommend them to Anyone who reads this review they are the best around.
