Starbucks

I had a particularly rough day. When I arrived, I had fallen getting into my car; thus, I was delayed. The barista really went the extra mile, and I was deeply touched by her kindness and understanding. I hadn't even mentioned the fall until after our interaction.

Thank you. The staff was kind and efficient. It was a wonderful atmosphere. I enjoy Starbucks, and I look forward to going back soon.

Conveniently located right on M21, just west of Meijer, it’s my go-to when I get in town. Service is always excellent, coffee is hot, and the variety of breakfast food is great! Starbucks Grande Pike Black is my coffee of choice.

My regular location. Love the crew here. Always helping me find something new that fits my craving that day. Julia is one of thee best! Love seeing her in the mornings, always starts my day on the right foot.

I go inside to special order my Venti Iced Coffee frequently - with very particular add-ons, and the baristas are great! Always friendly! Nice atmosphere, with great music (not too loud), and clean. No matter if 5:45 am on a workday, after work, or early mornings on weekends, service has been consistent. Breakfast sandwiches are better than other fast food - I’m sold! You get what you pay for ❤

A huge variety of Coffee drinks & many others! Quick polite convenient service. Healthy Oat milk & options available. Try the Egg bite Gyeure w/ a Trenta black iced coffee no syrup added if on keto diet or diabetic. Many choices all excellant!

Great cup of coffee. I never had been before and they were so helpful and made sure I was happy with my drink .I appreciate that alot will go back again. Kinda pricey! But good

Starbucks is Starbucks and I am a white girl in my 20s. Of course 5 stars.

I've yet to visit, however, regardless of menu choices, or whether their paper towels are made from sustainably farmed bamboo. This place makes Owosso semi-livable.

My son and I were there earlier today and they were friendly and welcoming even though they were incredibly busy. Their drive-thru was completely packed. they had several people in the cafe and you could see the mobile orders coming through. But it was handled well and the baristas were doing their job efficiently without showing signs of stress. Though they were slammed, they remade my drink because I forgot to order it with oatmilk. This Starbucks is always consistent with their quality of drinks. I'm from Washington, home of Starbucks and I would say it's easily one of my favorite cafe's simply because of the drink quality and cleanliness.

Every time I get the same thing - every time it's perfect and the service is quick, staff are kind, lovely place all around, all of my friends love this place too

A lot of people complain about this place, but whenever I've been in there it's been solid. The staff is still new, so of course you need to be patient. And given that mixed with the fact that the entire town is wanting to go to starbucks, you all should really consider being more friendly to everyone there. It's not their fault, and they always provide the best service that they can. There are so many self entitled, cry baby, karen, boomers expecting so much out of a store not even a month old. Give them time. They're doing the best that they can, and if you cant wait a little, then dont order. Its that simple.

Changing my review from 2 to 5 stars. My past experiences here weren’t great, but recently I’ve been going in the mornings and the service has been excellent. Interior is really nice and clean. Great, friendly staff.

I’ve been 2 times. 1st time I went inside and it was about a 10 min wait but they were extremely busy! The drink was good and the staff were friendly! 2nd time was through the drive thru and was only about 5 mins! I wish people would be graceful towards the staff knowing they are new and it’s extremely hard to even get people to work right now!

The service and staff are both wonderful. The beginning was a rocky start. But the staff has shown good improvement. The drinks and food have been in the middle. I think you all should give it a chance.

It was great the drinks I had were both really delicious. People complaining leaving bad reviews for slow service arrived on opening week... Of course it's going to be busy!

So thankful for this location, drinks are great, staff has always been great and polite. We will continue to return for our drinks amd snacks.

Went when they had first opened, and while there was a bit of a wait, it definitely seems like they've got a good balance on service. The mocha was great.
