Very fast service. Food was good and hot.

Since my last review they have improved tremendously, I see a lot of (bad) reviews on here that are simply over exaggerated 🤷🏾‍♀

I had an Egg McMuffin and an iced caramel coffee, it was delicious. I didn't know how to use my $4.00 off coupon on my phone and neither did the cashier or his supervisor.

Fastest service I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s further more the food was just as fast no sooner did I put my debit card in my wallet she said here you go have a great day I said wait this is our food she said yes ma’am I said wow thank you

I really can't think of anything to complain about. I went through the drive thru for a cappuccino. The girl taking my order was nice and helped me pick my options. Then the girl making it looked like she was taking her time to make it right.

I stop here on my way home every time now. A+ service. The girls here are great!

Hot, fast and good food! But the people at window never smile and aren't very friendly. But the food has always been fast and fresh

Ordered a simple sausage biscuit and it took a while but it was the best biscuit I've ever had at a McDonalds. Perfectly cooked Pippin hot and delicious. They had to walk it out to me in the cold and the young lady was super nice.

This is definitely the best McDonald's in this area. I live and work near the Atkins and the one on 331. I've been getting increasingly discouraged from returning because every trip to these two leave me frustrated for one reason or another. But, I stopped by this one while out riding my bike, primarily because I didn't know the area and it was extremely easy to get in and out of. First impression, I couldn't believe how fast they were moving customers through. Granted, I normally stop during a rush but, I've become accustomed to a 15 to 20 minute wait. Not here. Again, I was on my motorcycle. So, I was trying to get my gloves off so I could get my wallet out before I got to the window. No such luck. By the time I put my bike in neutral, the line was moving again. I suddenly felt bad because I held the line up an extra 30 seconds. Lol My order had a special request so, I was told it would be one minute. I asked if I had time to park my bike. They told me to pull over into the shade and they'd bring it out to me. This was extremely nice of them. On top of that, was the food. At the other two I go to, I haven't had decent fries in months. I don't mind waiting several minutes when they are obviously very busy. But, I should get hot food. The 331 store seems to think this is impossible. So once again, I was pleasantly surprised. My fries were delicious and perfect! I'll say this. My experience at McDonald's over the last six months has made me question myself. Maybe I've gotten too old for Mickey D's. Maybe I'm becoming a Karen because every time I stop, I think about calling to speak to the manager. But, I don't. I just grit my teeth and eat cold french fries. But this stop has restored my faith. Mcdonald's can still be a delicious treat and still have the best french fries in the business. This location shows that when the staff still cares, they can provide an outstanding heart disease in a bag. 😂 I know these three stores all all owned by the same people, along with the Arkansas Ave location. I was coming there two or three times a week, sometimes more. Because of the service I've received, it has been weeks since I've been there. So, I'm begging you. Do something! You have proven you can run a really good McDonald's. The other ones you own need to learn from your Dardenelle location!

Pulled up to drive thru. was solo backed up at the windows I backed up an left. Counted the Number of vehicles waiting an there were 8 vehicles waiting in line.... I would have been there 30 or 45 mins at the drive thru!!!!! I won't be making that mistake again!!!

Good food most of the time. Check your bag before you pull away from the window always. Fast places have a tendency to make mistakes

The lil tiny girl behind the counter works her butt off and she has great customer service!

Best Mcdonalds in this area (we have several). It's modern, clean, and the staff is diverse and friendly. Typical McDonald's food but always fresh. I have never gotten a burger that I felt was old.

I love the $1 iced coffee deal daily on the app!!!

It always has good service but I'm disappointed with the Mcrib every year if you get the combo you get another sandwich for a dollar not anymore. The sandwich by itself is over $3 ugh
