Not all locations are equal but this one is amazing. The service is fantastic friendly and the chicken is always fresh here . If you don't believe me go see for yourself. The owner is Ali and he is a good guy. The best Popeyes I ever been to. I won't go to any other

The first time we went to this location it was such a great first impression that it keeps us coming back!
We love coming to this location because of the amazing service that Ali provides! Every time we come in it is clean, the food is fresh, and the people are friendly. Ali always greets us with a warm welcome and treats us like family! It is because of you that we keep coming back!

I recently visited Popeyes, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience thanks to Manager Ali and his team. From the moment we walked in, Ali's warm welcome and attentive service made me feel welcomed! . Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but Ali also took the time to provide recommendations tailored to my preferences, ensuring I had the best dining experience possible. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction displayed by Ali truly sets this Popeyes apart. We highly recommend visiting this location and experiencing Ali's excellent service firsthand!

I've always preferred this Popeyes. Not only because of the people's outstanding service, but because they've always made their food better than any other Popeyes I've been to. Whatever Ali and the rest of his team are doing, they better keep on doing it. Cause I'll keep on coming in. They've always been super kind and attentive, and I was glad to see when Ali went into a management position. He genuinely deserves it with the kind of service he provides.

This is, without a doubt, the best interaction I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered a 50 piece chicken mild only thru the drive thru. I had fully expected to have a wait for such a large order. I was met with sincere apologies and compensation for my wait. And when the chicken was opened at home it was hot temperature, looked beautiful, and was the best I've ever tasted.
The manager could not have been any nicer, and I will be returning to that particular restaurant any time I have a taste for chicken.

I should have left this review months ago. My teenage son was not interested in a birthday party but instead asked for a few friends & family to go and eat Popeyes. We went in about 15 deep, ordered a couple family meals and sat down to enjoy. We brought in a birthday cake and were a bit loud and they just helped us celebrate his birthday with smiles on the their faces and didn’t act like we were a burden. The food was hot, the service was great and I appreciated their hospitality.

Excellent food, had a great time dining it late night. Antonio was very kind and accommodating. A+!!

If you want some good and fast chicken, this is most certainly the place!

I'm a delivery driver so take this for what it's worth. Ali and his team are always on point. They are friendly and up front with the status of each order. I've seen them interact at the counter with customers and they are always friendly and courteous. The food is always fresh and served with a smile. Stop by some time for some fried chicken or more!!!

Went thru the drive thru. Service was quick! Purchased the three piece chicken strips. Strips were large, crispy but tender. Also got the fries which were great. Love the Blackened Ranch dipping sauce and honey with biscuit!

Ali the manager is AMAZING!!! He and his staff always go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy! And, the food is ALWAYS hot c and fresh! Thank you for your awesome service!

I'm in love with Popeyes first and foremost and I visit a lot of Popeyes restaurants over the years around the Chicago and suburban area and I gotta tell you that THIS place in Carpentersville has the best service team working hands down. Ali runs a tight ship and it shows. The place is the cleanest Popeyes around, the staff is attentive and the food is always awesome. Just wish they could all be like this one! Keep up the good work Ali!

Drive thru service was above and beyond. The people were very nice! My fries came fresh and hot!

I'm so glad they're open late. I get off work at midnight, so it's nice I could stop by after work for a quick bite. Ali, was super nice and made all my food fresh. Definitely hit the spot.

Ordered a big catering order & regular order for our office. They were so quick & efficient. Gave us a whole bunch of sauces. And even helped us carry everything out to the car. Good service!
