I could not ask for a better experience than Dan provided today. He called me this morning to notify the time he would arrive. He was incredibly proficient. He communicated with me multiple times during the job. He fixed the problem,
And addressed other issues. He provided a detailed service report which I sent to our regulatory body at the US coast guard. A great hard working honest knowledgeable person. I was thankful he was here today at our company.

The Reliable rep that came to my office was so friendly and professional. I received some great knowledge regarding our emergency lights and the upkeep of them. I look forward to working with Reliable in the future.

This was my first time ordering Knox Boxes. I had the pleasure of working with Angie Herron. She has been a breath of fresh of air. She has been patient, helpful, professional, and more. She has gone above and beyond what I could ask for someone in her position. All the while, remaining kind and all the above mentioned values. Caring about me not only as a customer, but as another human being.

Many people in this world only reach out to complain about others and never take time to give credit where it is due. No one is perfect, but she has been fantastic to work with. I will continue to suggest this company purely because of customer support and personnel like her.

Could use more in depth discussion of fire extinguisher strategies (i.e. keep an exit path, don't reenter a hazardous area).

On Thursday morning, January 18, 2024, Jack was very informative, and knowledgeable as he explained to our new hire the how to put out fire, how to handle an extinguisher. Very clear and concise.

Great service! Brought in my extinguishers to be serviced. Dave and John were very friendly and had me in and out within minutes!

I was hired by Reliable Fire & Security to assist with the remodeling of their facility. They were the ideal clients to work with, very fast in communicating and "reliable" (pun intended) haha

During the remodel, I communicated with numerous different people within the office. They were all kind and extremely helpful. The facility is very clean and actually pretty large. In their new customer welcome center, they added displays of the products they sell on the walls... which were kinda fun to play with!

We here at Terrace Place West Condominium, were in the need of replacing a STAIR exit sign, as well as make sure that our fire extinguishers were up-to-date, and working properly. Great company to work with! If it is possible to give more than 5 stars I would! I needed service on a new building and everyone was very responsive and came out almost immediately to help us out. No reason to go anywhere else, customer service, cost and overall experience was great! They even helped me bundle all my services together. Thanks again to the entire team that helped us out.
