Zach is one of the most competent, polite, employees of any business I've probably ever met. He went above and beyond helping us get our trailer attached and was so understanding when we asked more questions about detaching it and driving with it. I wish I could go to more businesses led by people like Zach!

Experience was fine all the way through until I got the bill. The lady charged me $10 for leaving this amount ( if it was even from me) of debris in a 26' trailer. My advice- get Molly Maids to go through the truck before you return it or you'll get charged!

If you have to rent a U-Haul from this place make sure you check miles and gas take pictures all the way around because they try to blame you for every little thing! And then keep charging your card till you call the corporate office! Stay away from Morton U-Haul
