Enterprise Truck Rental

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Since my old truck is rusty and falling apart, I rented a truck to haul my trailer. When I got back home to pick up my trailer I found out the hitch receiver is 2 1/2" instead of 2" like on older trucks. I went back and they gave me an adapter but it wouldn't work. So I asked if I could return the truck, get partial refund (I didn't really expect it) and reschedule later with a different truck. They gave me full refund and a discount on the next rental. I was extremely grateful and impressed.

The people that took care of me was very polite and helpful. The truck was clean and ready to go for me.

Paul and Liz do a great job. I travel none stop all year. They always have a clean truck ready to go even with short notice. Thanks for all you guys day glad I found the best Enterprise team in the USA. My coworkers from all over now source trucks from Morton IL because of your great service.

We have rented several utility vans. Super fast and friendly service. Van was not very old and clean and well cared for.

Through a series of unfortunate events they didn't have the truck I went there to get, but they were able to get a truck lined up for me in another town on my way to my destination.

Hours of operation are at the whim of who shows up for work. Phone number is not reliable. Poor business model. Take your business elsewhere I guess.

I went there to pick up my truck. The guy says your getting a new truck. I was like sweet. We’re going outside to look it over and we get out there and it’s filthy with a golf ball size dent above the tailgate. He acted like he didn’t see it. Then I realize the truck has a little above a quarter tank of fuel in it. Not only was the truck not cleaned obviously how could it have been sanitized if the outside is filthy. I get it home and realize there’s a bolt in the rear tire the the size of a nickel. It had been there a while because the head was rounded. Stay classy ! Keep up the great work ! 🤣😂
