I & M Heating and Cooling

Jeff fixed our A/C in South Bend, Indiana today. They fit us into their schedule so quickly! We really appreciate how he took the time to educate us about our A/C and our furnace. Jeff is so thorough he even identified a hazard within our furnace and took more time to offer us a solution to that as well.
Jeff and his employee were both so kind and trustworthy. Jeff might wear a funky hat every once in a while, but overall I still really enjoyed my experience with I&M.

Excellent service! He knew what was wrong, ordered the part, and returned faster than anticipated. The beginning of summer is not the time to be without an air conditioner. I so appreciate his knowledge and efficiency.

The furnace repairman, Mr Jeff, came in and worked on my furnace.
I had several issues that needed addressing. He worked until it began to work properly and efficient.
He's a very pleasant and respectful man. I appreciated his prompt arrival and constancy.

Great service, fast and effective! Came to fix my Central air in Mishawaka and educated me on furnace filters and when to change them and the service needed on my air! It’s nice and cold now!!

I&M heating installed a new air conditioner and furnace for the Boy Scouts at Camp Topenebee in Mich. City they were awesome. Came in finish the job in one day cleaned everything up explained all the new stuff highly recommend them.

He was very thorough in his analysis and took time to educate me further on how to properly care for, and support the unit in a more comprehensive way. My Furnace and Air Condition is working well! Jeff replaced both of them in one day. It took the warranty company almost 6 weeks to approve everything. But thanks to I & M the house is warm. This is only day 4 but so far so Good!

He installed a new air-conditioning/furnace in Niles , Michigan they did excellent service , recommended their services to everyone anytime .

I have boiler heating and they came out and did a awesome job bleeding my lines. I have no more noise coming through my registers. Will call them again for any heating or water problem

Frig quit working Friday at 4. I called, they were out the first thing Sat. Morning. Got me fixed enough to keep my freezer stuff frozen until my part came in. Great guy..great work!
