Staff is friendly and my order is always correct.

I'm jealous that American McDonald's still use plastic straws and plastic spoons. In Canada, straws are plastic and spoons are wooden, both of which taste disgusting.

I pick up cheeseburger meals along with large black coffees every month for my 2 car mechanics. I like to treat them. You never know when you may need a quick repair or just a quick check all around before a long driving trip. They are appreciative.

Good breakfast, use the app, and you get some good deals.

Potsdam totally screwed me over and Massena's employees took care of the issue even though they had no obligation to. Very nice and fast service!!

Staff was cleaning when we came in, store was extremely clean! Staff was so nice, helped us and made sure we had what we needed! Manager came over and asked us how we were and asked if we needed anything. Will be coming back!

I used the phone app, got a large fry for $1 and a double.cheeseburger for $2. Great deal!!

We are from Long Island, NY where everything moves fast. We were so impressed with this McDonalds that I had to post a review! Clean, super fast and efficient. Really impressive at a time when many restaurants cannot staff enough. Great job!

Newly renovated building that has extra windows for delivery. I hate the two car lines but what can you do? Great fries and great service. 🍔 🍟

Got the big Mac bundle! We confused them on our together/separate orders though. Only messed up dipping sauce and total. Worked out great anyway.

Nice staff. They always go the extra mile in making your experience the best. The eating area is also new and pleasant.

It's McDonalds, what can I say. They were willing and helpful when asked to do a gluten free burger (sans bun...) and as always, the fries were great because they were hot!

What can I say? It's McDonald's everyone knows McDonald's. I was very surprised how quickly I got served at this location
