If you’re looking for the best breakfast spot on the South Shore Mal’s Kitchen is it! They have it all and if they don't Mal is amazing and will try her best to accommodate you in any way! The menu is very customizable and you can select from a nice variety of GF pancakes & french toast!! I got blueberry pancakes and my fiancé ordered “Just Roll Me Out” which came with all the meats, eggs, french toast and potatoes! The atmosphere in here was lovely and the entire staff was very friendly.They all work together to help you and I loved the team environment. From the back kitchen staff cleaning behind the scenes to Mal and her wonderful family, we want to thank you for a wonderful experience and for giving us our new favorite place! The Spread Kindness card came with our bill and it really is special what she is doing to spread joy in the world.

My family and I have a tradition of trying new breakfast places on Sunday, and today we tried Mal’s. We were all absolutely blown away with the food, service, and atmosphere in this little hidden gem of a place. All the waitresses work together, & everyone was very attentive. The food was absolutely FANTASTIC. Not to mention, we got to be apart of another customers birthday celebration which was so fun and wholesome. Mal even took the time to come over and chat with us at the end of our meal. While we love to try new places, this one will definitely be a repeat.

Such a great little breakfast spot. Mal and her crew are amazing and take care of you like family. The menu has so many selections and if they don’t have it, ask they’ll try their best to make something happen. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. I’ll be back for more.

Came here for the first time today and it was an amazing experience the food was great but the service was even better from the waitstaff to the owner Mal one of the nicest woman I ever met such a sweetheart!

Our pediatrician (an Abington native ) recommended this place. It was delicious ! The eggs Benedict was the best. The staff were super nice and attentive. They checked on us several time after the meal was dropped. The decor was adorable and super festive for Christmas which we love. Highly recommend.

This place is Great, only been open 5 months. Food is very good. Not a huge menu but that's OK. My friends eggs were cooked perfectly. My Belgium waffle was smaller than I was expecting but flavor was perfect with the fresh strawberries. The yogurt parfait was wonderful, light and fresh. Homefries were nice and crispy but I like mine a little more seasoned. Bacon was excellent. Great flavor and perfectly cooked. Very comfortable setting but not huge so get there early. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. We were actually served by Mal the owner. She is awesome, such a sweetheart and super attentive. The rest of the staff is great as well, they work as a team. This place has so many little touches that make it great. They have this little display setup for cream and sweetener. They have this tiny pail for coffee trash. If you like the place you can leave a comment card and slide it in the table. Plenty of parking. This place receives my highest recommendation. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE support this wonderful local business.

I’ve driven by here everyday for work and finally decided to go in. I was very (pleasantly!) shocked with the atmosphere! Super cute and comfy! My husband, daughter (2) and I went and were immediately greeted when we came in. All servers work together and seems very seamless. The owner came owner and introduced herself, which I thought was amazing! You usually don’t see owners being involved, never mind serving food! Speaking of food, it tasted fresh and delicious! Mal came over and talked to my daughter and even gave her a toy which I thought was super genuine and going above and beyond. We are super happy to say we’ll be back!

Wowza! This is a true hidden gem in Abington. Food was wicked delicious but what really impressed us was the service level was legendary! We ordered the Roll ‘‘em out breakfast which was perfect for my mans hearty appetite, the French toast was perfect. I had the breakfast Veggie Burrito, filled with spinach, broccoli, peppers just perfect for brunch. What truly makes Mals stand out was the entire staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive. Open Wednesday to Sunday and yes there will be a wait in the weekend but totally worth it. We will definitely be back.

Came to Mals Kitchen for the first time and really enjoyed the food! I’m a foodie and I highly recommend this place! The staff were super inviting and friendly (Mal, the owner will stop by your table say “hi” and check in: huge bonus), customer service here is great, lovely chic, modern and clean atmosphere/space too! I definitely recommend getting the crunchy French toast, fried egg with American cheese & bacon sandwich on a plain bagel toasted, and crispy Home fries with onions! The pumpkin spice iced coffee with whipped cream and caramel drizzle was soooo good, too! If you’re deciding where to go, don’t walk, RUN here! You will not be disappointed! Wish I took a picture of the food we got but I literally devoured it! Lol!

This place has great homestyle food, from waffles to home fries to Eggs Benedict. Everything here is fresh and hot of the stove when it comes. Well unless you order something cold, like tha Acai bowl. But anyways great food and the owner is extremely nice. I also love the decor, they are a bunch of positive signs everywhere. Highly recommend!

It was my first time going to mals kitchen, The owner mal Herself made her way around to every table to talk to all her guests. Which is amazing in this day and age. It is very homie and comfortable and the food, was absolutely. Delicious, the service staff was a number one.
They are all very personable and greet you as you walk through the door and when you leave, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great. Breakfast,/lunch Restaurant. We will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

Great place for breakfast!! My daughter and I were in the Abington area and searched for a breakfast spot and Mal’s came up seemed like a good spot, and it definitely was!! The people were so nice, the decor so cute and the food so good, especially the churro waffle special!! Will stop again anytime I’m in the area!!

Mal's Kitchen is everything a breakfast place should be. It's cozy, homey, and the food is delicious. It's the kind of place you want to carve out a couple hours to sit in, just to sip coffee and enjoy the surroundings. Also - the prices are so low for such good quality. Me and my mom loved it!

What an amazing local place! Food was excellent staff were excellent and prices are excellent! Mal came to our table to welcome us personally...very rare these days! Definitely give her a try, she will not disappoint!

The food was delicious and the service was great. Mal is really sweet and cares a lot about the service her restaurant offers ! (She introduced herself after my wife and I finished our meals. Letting us know a little backstory about her place)

So glad I finally had the chance to try Mal’s! Mal herself was there today and my mom and I had the pleasure of meeting her. She is warm and inviting and as a woman small business owner, incredibly inspiring (like the quotes on her walls!). We each had her veggie benedicts and also added meat and they were absolutely delicious! Fresh cut fruit on the side for me, and mom loved the tater tots. We were too hungry we forgot to take photos of the meals but did get a photo of a new favorite wall quote hidden in the restaurant. Great little breakfast spot on the south shore that you should totally check out!
