Starbucks

I ordered at 7:10am on Friday morning. My order was ready on-time and there were many people in the drive through and a bunch of take out orders ready. Demonstrates they are very efficient. The coffee was hot and tasty. I ordered a venti blackeye.

The Wolfpack gives five wolf paws on behalf of manager Maria and in particular baristas Megan and Jordan for their outstanding service . The entire team is deserving of praise ! Busy location located off of University Drive but the staff are always friendly and service is quick. While the line may appear long it moves quickly. Their food options have slowly gotten worse over time as they transition to more and more processed foods. I recommend the app for anyone who comes here more than once a week so they can collect and redeem points towards purchases. Fun fact: if you prefer to shop while you sip, there is a Starbucks inside the Target in the same shopping center.

I Went to a Starbucks on Sunday after church and the caramel crunch drinks that my daughter and I ordered were horrible. I called and told them and they said that we could come back and they would remake them or we could go to any Starbucks and they would remake our drinks so we chose to stop by this location last night because it’s our favorite one and they remade our drinks for us with no problem and they were beyond perfect. Thank you to this location. Y’all truly make the best drinks. Keep it up.

Close to Nova, This place is laid back in a busy plaza but one of the few that is not crowded in the morning. I love the fact that you can order online and drive thru and pick it up. It's crazy that one opened right up the street lol

I had to walk here from a Chic-fil-a that gave me a hard time. I had went up to the register and instantly asked what their mask mandate policy was because of my horrible experience coming out of Chic-fil-a. I had told them if it was alright for me to eat in their establishment since I was fully vaccinated and would purchase a macchiato to cheer up after being dismissed from the Chic-fil-a prior. I had talked to Jacob a cash register who was super nice/understanding and took my order for me so I could sit down just to eat my other purchase and find out the fries were soggy and still somewhat freezer cold. I had to throw them away after picking out the ones that weren't completely freezer cold and dump the rest in the trash inside of the Starbucks. I am never going to eat at that Chic-fil-a ever again but if I ever run through that area out of respect if I was thirsty and needed a real pick me up I'd stop by at that Starbucks location. They had superb customer service and even gave water to a homeless woman who had stopped by in the store. They are and will remain saints in my eyes.

Never had a problem. Perfect service and goods. Busy place but never had to wait. Saw a person drop a drink which covered a large area. The staff cleaned up and provided the customer a replacement at no charge.

Barista in drive-thru very attentive & courteous been to this location numerous occasions prior to COVID19. Didn't get his name bought a 🎃 latte my friend bought Pike ☕ coffee.

Awesome place to study and frap a cup of coffee! Can't wait until they get their clover!! Just taste your drink before you leave, I've had to have mine fixed a couple of times.

Great place to grab coffee and other Starbucks drinks. Very popular for students studying late at night. Only downside is they close at 11pm.
