This Starbucks location tends to be a little bit busier and louder given its location in the shopping center.

If you’re looking for a quiet space to work from may not be the best option. There’s another Starbucks up the road on Briargate Pwy.

Is has seating outside for the warm months with a nice view of the mountain and plenty of seating inside.

Service is great and fast.

I often stop at this store on my way to work in the morning and do a mobile order. The staff here are always amazing. Usually my drink is ready when I walk in, if it’s not it’s because they are slammed and they are always so on top of making everyone gets taken care of. Constantly greeting people when they enter and thanking them and telling them to have a good day when they leave. Top notch customer service at this store and I love coming here.

I have been stopping at this location before work for years. The service is outstanding - staff knows you by name and asks if your drink is okay. I do not understand all the negativity in some of these reviews. Everyone there is kind and works hard, including the manager, Kristina. Thanks for all you do!

Emily and Sophie made my son and I so happy today!!! He was nervous to take mommy on a date and I was indecisive and they made it a day to remember with all their help and smiles. Huge shout out to these girls for the hard work and love clearly shown for us today

I came in right at closing but the staff was very friendly and welcoming! They got my order fixed up fast and got me back on the road quickly all while making me the best chia frap I have ever had. Really awesome crew at this location and anytime we're in the city this will be our stop, thanks for the great service.

Henry was so beyond helpful and sweet, could tell he was such a hard worker and genuine person! Loved the visit and LOVED my coffee!!

This is a great Starbucks location. I didn't have to wait too long for my food and drink even though there was a short line. Their restrooms are clean and stocked. Great rest stop for our road trip. There is an outdoor area where we were able to sit with our dog and enjoy our food.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I received excellent service on Thanksgiving! It was the only place open in the entire shopping center.

They did run out of a couple items but it was later in the afternoon and was all handled very well by the staff.

I like to get my coffee from here

Megan was so sweet and helpful when I came in earlier this week! I was so excited because it was "triple star day" (a first for Starbucks!) and when I went to pay with the app she told me I needed to activate the reward in order to actually collect the triple stars (this wasn't mentioned in app or in the email! It was hidden at the bottom!). Thank you so much, Megan, you rock 💞

A typical Starbucks (which I see as a good thing) with indoor and outside seating located in a great walkable set of outdoor shops

This location is always busy but the staff are still so fast and kind. Bring back the option to tip easily on the app! I would rate the corporate side of the business 3 stars or less based on that alone. These people work hard and deserve those tips on mobile orders. If there’s still a way to tip on the app, it’s not obvious to me and that’s a problem I shouldn’t have.

Top team, with a smile and super friendly. We were with our European team a full week every morning taking our morning shot in the Starbucks and we had every day our coffee and fun and a perfect morning start with a smile from Kristina and the full team. The smile for the day. Thanks you!!!

Great location.
So Starbucks is Starbucks, I won't rate the quality of items except to compare to other Starbucks.

This place has always been very clean and customer friendly, whether I was ordering for me or an office of 20, they have never failed me. They may be incredibly slow sometimes, but given how busy they get I can't blame them for it.

The fact they move that fast and accurate, AND keep it clean, is amazing for a coffee place.

Stopped in the grab an oat milk shaken espresso and asked if there was contamination with the almond milk shaker. They went and grabbed a fresh one to be safe. It’s nice having one of my favorite drinks and know I’m safe :)

My fiancé and I frequent this location! The baristas are super friendly and always get our order right. Always love coming here!

Stopped by while shopping at the shops. Customer service was awesome! All staff interacted with us and made the time go by fast. The Barista (Henry and Bella) got us in and out in no time. Thank you!

This Starbucks has THE nicest employees I've encountered at any starbucks throughout the world. These folks seem down to earth, hold a good conversation, and even care about your day. If you have a chance to visit and feel what real customer service is, this is the place.
