This shop is always willing to help a rider in need. I just bought a used bike and the chain was too lose to make it home. I dropped by and larry tightened it for me without charging me. very helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service is their # 1 concern.

I was not happy with the level of service or general arrogance of White's Cycle in Chattanooga, so I began going to Rose for my service needs. The employees are a bit unusual, but it is a small family operation and they certainly are helpful. The labor rates are reasonable as well.

Their selection of new street cycles and general equipment is not large, but they perform service and have the basic products to meet most needs. They do seem to have a good selection of off-road bikes.
