Tropical Smoothie Cafe

My wife asked for a smoothie and she is in the hospital and can't eat right now. I mentioned which fruit she likes to the staff and they make a recommendation which my wife loved. So much so that the next day she asked for another one. That second trip I spoke to the same employee, didn't get his name, but he was super friendly and kind she wished the best for my wife. Thank you to the bearded man who was so helpful! I'm sorry I didn't get your name.

After reading some recent reviews, I was a little nervous to come this morning, knowing I didn't have the patience to tolerate bad service. This was my first time here, and Cooper was just awesome! I was greeted immediately, he was ready to take my order asap, but when I wasn't ready, he was happy to answer my menu questions. He was extremely kind and friendly, and my interaction with him was a great start to my morning. I run 3 restaurants, so I'm always looking for amazing service workers, and Cooper is definitely someone I would want on my team. I will definitely be back for morning smoothies and will have to bring my husband to try the food.

I had a craving for a smoothie & right there was the Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Done. Nothing over the top, just darn good smoothies of all kinds. Absolutely tasty & not expensive. Going back!

Stopped by and tried the sunrise sunset smoothie, it was good and cheaper than nekter. I will try the food in the near future.

I love getting their super green smoothies!! The size they have is very nice and you can basically have the smoothie as a meal cause it can fill you up quick (it does for me!). I’ve tried their (vegetarian) Hummus wrap before and it was delicious!!

Quick and nobody in line. Great to use the app and order first. Sometimes they have free smoothies too!

We LOVE this place. Smoothies are always on point. I'd absolutely recommend coming here. Note, this is a chain smoothie place if you're specifically looking for a non-chain place. But yeah we come here all the time, and I'd definitely choose this over a non-chain place.

The chia banana blast smoothie is my favorite smoothie, but honestly I've never had a bad smoothie here.

I always like the consistency with tropical smoothie. I've been to other local places and seems like the smoothies always taste different. At tropical smoothie, 95% of the time I can expect my smoothie to taste the same way I got it the last 10 times. Plus the prices are on the average side, not too expensive like some of these places. I will say I haven't tried their food in about 3 years, but It use to be worth the price, I couldn't tell anybody now though. Use their app, saves you loyalty points for ya!

Love the app. Smoothies and sandwiches. They were in Virginia Beach when I was there and so happy there here!

I love them, they always make my food and smooths super yummy. The staff is very friendly and sweet. I had a issue with my doordash app where it wouldn't let me add extra information that I am allergic to Jalapenos, so I called the store directly and they happily checked the ingredients in their salad dressing and let me swap it out. They are wonderful and will be adding to my hotels restaurants within 5 mile list.

My daughter & I enjoyed an Incredible Chicken Pesto sandwich( so so delish! , Sun chips & Paradise Point!! We'll definitely go back to Tropical Smoothie!! They were so CoolThey were so kind to make us a sandwich & smoothie 10 minutes to close! 🥪 🥤

I found out today that you can substitute/swap ingredients in person, just not on the app. So I ditched bananas and added spinach at no extra charge. The app would have charged $1 for that. (They told me they have complained to corporate already, so for now, it is what it is.)

Quick service when ordering without the app, so wait wasn't too long at all. Very helpful when I had trouble redeeming the coupon that brought me in.

Last week we had a situation after ordering from this location, I kindly brought up the issue to the Store Manager Cooper and he immediately got me in touch with the District Manager Shannon via her cell phone, I explained to Shannon what had happened in our office after we had placed our order and she sent out VIP gift cards, we still have not received the gift cards but that did not stop our office from placing another LARGE order with this location. I sent a friendly text to Shannon letting her know that were still customers and she asked if we used the gift cards, I said no we haven't seen them....Because we have not seen them Ms. Shannon sent out more VIP cards to our office. We will continue to order from this location and support Cooper and Shannon. Once again THANK YOU to the both of you for out standing CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I walked in about 5 minutes before closing (yes, I know. I didn't want to be that guy but I needed a smoothie bad) and the woman working was very kind and made my smoothie lightning fast. It hit the spot and I will be replacing my previous go-to joint of Smoothie King with Tropical Smoothie Cafe from here on out after trying this place!

Glad they finally opened. Several stops already. I love customizing their smoothies or meals to suit my pickiness. Always friendly. Quick service. Can order ahead on the app, take out or curbside. And the app has rewards for freebies. I'm a happy customer.

This is my second time going and I just can't get enough of this place. If you have any doubts, you can trust this place meets your every expectation. I love me some Bahama mama's with added banana in it! They have edible lime straws...which taste like candy ... the food in my opinion is good. Great for a quick bite to eat, but nothing fancy. Over all, I really love the smoothies here more than any where else in town. I'd go here first .

Both of the smoothies I got were great. Probably the best smoothies I got. Didn’t have any of their food, but they seem to have a good selection. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Best smoothies EVER. Great loyalty app. You get a free smoothie after downloading with first purchase. So refreshing ! Everything so so so fresh. Loved it 🥰

Very welcoming and chill spot. The smoothie was bomb! I also got a jerk chicken quesadilla. *chefs kiss* it was so tasty! My son ordered a breakfast wrap and it was tiny for the price. He thought i should give 4 stars for that but because of Larissa's excellent service and great attitude in giving 5 stars! We will be back!
