Starbucks

This is my favorite local Starbucks ever! I’ve been going here since they opened back in 2017, and I loved this store! They have the best customer service, and the drinks are usually made perfectly and they always fix it if it’s not, really fast.
There are a lower ratings because they were closed for remodeling but I would recommend coming in to see the new inside. It’s was so worth the wait, trust me!

One of my favorite Starbucks stores. Hated when it was closed for renovation but it was worth the wait. Very nice redesign. Order is always right and always on time.

Drive thru is amazingly fast and the employees seem to actually like their job. If you order ahead and pick up inside it is normally ready ehen you get there if you give them at least 15 minutes, but that's not hard for me since I work up north and live mid city. It's a nice spot and the views are amazing on a nice clear day. Might just see a municipal airplane flying around enjoying the morning air.

I just love walking in and seeing all the amazing people who work there. The girl who took my order, I think her name was Ellie, was so genuine and sweet. She asked how my day was and told me to have a blessed day. Truly a stellar experience and would recommend a friend!

Love the new redesign. It’s such a cozy vibe. I was greeted with a smile from the time I walked in. Ardita was incredibly friendly and made me feel like I’d known her my whole life. Literally the sweetest human! Taylor was very helpful with making a food choice and Sarah makes a fantastic Carmel brûlée! This crew is incredible!

Best views of the Peak in all of the Springs. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, no matter the time of day. It's one of my favorite spots in town.

My family and I were having a terrible day. We went to Starbucks for food/drink….The manager, Amber saw that we were having a tough time, and she took care of us….our day was great after that. Thank you, Amber.

This is an excellent Starbucks location. They did a great job processing my order and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The service was fast and accurate, I highly recommend this Starbucks location.

Ellie is always a ray of sunshine when I go through the drive through. My days are made brighter with your customer service and a grande Carmel frap!

Mia, Nells, and Alayna are so great. They always call me by my name and they're so nice. They know exactly how I like my drink too. Everyone at this location does such a great job. It's almost always very busy but they get through the lines so fast and efficiently.

Great place! The barista's work fast and are always friendly.

I have to give this place a shout-out. Taylor in the drive through won me over as a permanent customer for this Starbucks. I was #10 in line in the drive through, and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Food and drink were made expeditiously, and Taylor saw my dog in the back seat and offered me a pup cup for him! What service. Highest recommendation.

These 5 stars are for Kim at the drive through window. She’s the sweetest most helpful Starbucks employee I’ve ever encountered, truly. Her upbeat, positive, friendly attitude made my morning.

My husband and I are on a road trip for my birthday, but since we were on the road for most of the day I was unable to get my free bday drink. We found ourselves at this Starbucks the day after my birthday (today) and I inquired about if I could still receive my free drink since I was unable to on my actual day. Kim made it happen! She also chatted with us a little and expressed interest in our road trip!

Just want to say thank you to Megan (with the good name tag ) - you didn’t have to fix my drink but you did and you were proactive and so friendly. It cheered me up after a rough morning. Thank you for making a difference.

I went to this Starbucks yesterday just to grab a drink before a long road trip, and boy was it a good experience. Immediately after walking in, I was greeted with a “welcome in” and a genuine smile from the guy behind the counter. I haven’t been to Starbucks in awhile, so the new menu was a little intimidating. After listening to what I like, Gina recommended the brown sugar shaken espresso drink, which I ordered. Everyone behind the counter was smiling and seemed happy to be there, which was honestly so refreshing. The guy who was making my drink (the same one that greeted me and I can’t remember his name to save my life) was very pleasant and asked me about my day while he was fixing my drink. Once he was finished with the drink, both he and Gina waited and asked me how I liked it and if there was anything they could fix. The drink was perfect, Gina could not have been more spot on with what I like. This is the kind of experience I cannot get from Dutch bros or even some small coffee shops. I will definitely be returning to this Starbucks!

I love this Starbucks! I talked to the nicest young lady at the window, her name was Amanda. She was so kind and so wonderful to talk to. I hope everyone has a great experience at the window as I did. 10/10 will be going back. Amanda gave me fabulous recommendations and I had the tastiest skinny no foam latte. I could go back for the skinny latte every day if I could! Amanda if you’re reading this. You’re the best!!
