Starbucks

I order on the app, and they get my order right every time! My kids and I love Starbucks. Wish we could afford it more often, but it makes it special when we go every once in a while! 😁

Very clean and organized shop. Friendly staff. Fast service.

Visited 8/16 at around 5pm and even though they were getting busy Selina (who I believe is a shift manager) is exactly who I would want running a shift! Her crew was in such a great mood everyone was having a great time and super friendly! It’s great to see that someone in a management role ensuring her staff has a good time at work (many places don’t) not to mention my drink was the best I’ve ever had! I don’t typically go to Starbucks but needed the pick me up for my shift I will definitely be adding the 10 min detour to my route just to experience that staff atmosphere again!!

I wanted something different to try and spice my life up before I devour any pumpkin spice flavors for the fall! Juan suggested a passion tango tea lemonade with classic syrup and it pairs well with a lemon loaf is what he suggested! The lemon loaf was amazing! Erick who handed me my order had an amazing smile and told me to come back soon! Those 2 will be the reason I stop at this Starbucks more often, way better service than scooters across the street!

Surprisingly there’s never a line here. Maybe because there’s a dozen of coffee shops but been 3x and have not had to wait in line and drinks are served only 2-3 min after ordering. Ladies have always been kind we’ve been helped by and they always say good morning which I think is compassionate for me.

Anytime I go in it’s always a quick, friendly experience! Selina is my personal favorite. She is always well mannered and polite with customers! Love the cake pops

I had my coffee in this Starbucks this morning and I just have to say, each and every worker (although super busy at 8am ) stayed beyond pleasant and aware of everything going on! I never saw 1 person just standing around everyone was going the team effort made in this store was awesome! This is probably 1 of the best Starbucks I’ve been in! Even the manager was doing things!

Selina was our host this evening and she was so friendly and went above and beyond to make my teenager exactly what she wanted! THANK YOU!

I am in Dodge on business quite often, I always try to get by here. My drink, Honey Citrus Mint Tea is ALWAYS amazing. The folks working here are fantastic !!!

Good coffee, fast Wi-Fi and clean restrooms. I have been to Starbucks coffee shops in several countries and these three things are always consistent. This is why I love Starbucks. ☕😊

I recently moved from a big city to Dodge City and this was my first time in this Starbucks Erick, Selina & Hannah helped me and it was one the best experiences I have had at any Starbucks, and trust me I have been to many Starbucks in my time. They greeted me as soon as I came in, gave recommendations, and were accommodating to any request. Their smiles made my day. Thank you Dodge City Starbucks! :-)

The customer service was great and they are working as fast as they can. The lines and wait times are long because they’ve only been open 2 days and some mistakes are bound to happen. Overall they were great! 😊

Edit: I’ve gone a few times now and 3/5 times they’ve made my drink wrong. Each time it tastes like milk but the first time they made it perfect. Sadness. I hope it gets better once things calm down.

Ryan, after politely telling me they were out of cold brew, surprised me(at my request) with an awesome drink. He went above and beyond; I definitely will be returning. Normally, if you say "Surprise me", they'll just make the fastest thing on the menu. Instead, I got a beautifully layered drink with hints of nuttyness.

I've never really cared for Starbucks, but I now see the appeal.

They had the best customer service, everyone was so nice given how stressed I bet they are. This location just opened so waiting was expected, but it was totally worth it! So much respect to the workers, the place has been packed everyday until closing.

I have been here about 6 times now and NOT ONCE have I had a bad experience! I expect it to take a while since they are new. But the staff has always been super friendly and helpful and the drinks always taste great!

The staff was very friendly even though they were swamped! Everyone was working hard and I didn’t mind waiting for our order. It’s okay to slow down in life! It’s opening weekend… give ‘em some grace, peeps! Still quicker than driving an hour each way to Garden!
