Tim Hortons

Just stopped in for a cup of coffee and some Tim bits. The young lady at the counter made my day! Super friendly! When she asked me how I was doing, and how my day was going… She meant it! As always, the coffee was delicious and hot! Thanks for the Great Coffee and the Great service!!😃

We LOVE Tim Horton's! We are a dye-free family. I love that we can go here for fun donuts for our littles and not have to worry about allergies. I have yet to find something on the menu that we *don't* like!

The employees where so nice! First time ordering from here and they gave me free donut holes! Definitely will come again.

My partner and I went to Tim Hortons today for the first time because we got some coupons in the mail. We had always wanted to try it, but never actually did. So today we had coupons and decided to give them a try. The lady at the window who took our order was the nicest and sweetest person I have ever come to meet in the customer service industry. Considering we had never been to Tim Hortons until today, she helped us by recommending a variety of items for us to try. She was very patient with our order and gladly accepted our coupons. I would highly recommend this establishment as a stop on your way to work in the morning (or afternoon!). I don't recall her name, but all I know is that we need more people like her in this world. She is the start to the rebellion of how our economy is headed. All I can say is that Tim Hortons gained a new fan, and we will be stopping here instead of McDonald's or Burger King. They have healthier options at half the price (plus they have top notch food!). Thank you so much Tim Hortons for changing our weekly breakfast dates. I'll never go anywhere else.

Could not have had a better experience. My 3 yr. Old wanted to "say hi" to the person in drive through. Dorothy was so friendly and patient with him as he chatted with her. She even opened his straw for him when he asked. Absolute incredible service from her.

Timmy’s is always good. They may have the best apple fritters on the planet. Service was top notch.

I usually end up leaving most Tim’s locations being disappointed. But not this one. Every time I’ve been here, employees were friendly and energetic, and have gone above and beyond to make my experience a good one. Not something I thought I’d ever type on Google about a fast food location. But I’ve been that impressed. Whoever is running this place - can you spread your influence to the other locations, which are a complete 180 from the awesome experience here?

I like coffee black no sugar. I want to taste the coffee. Tim Hortons has the best takeout coffee.

Great service!! I felt so bad for the workers, once everything is sold out for the day its done and the poor lady was just getting yelled at by everyone that came through. Sadly they were out of what I wanted but I still got a few donuts, she said she was scared to even touch her microphone!! Poor lady, please treat your service people with respect, it wasnt at all her fault someone decided to have a timbits party

YUMMY food! Everything I order was in the bag and correct the first time. Pretty lady blonde hair at window was nothing but helpful,friendly, professional and just outstanding, in making suggestions that offer a better deals and more options.Place was clean,well maintained and drive menu easy easy to read with prices clearly marked.

I stopped by to buy some much needed coffee and doughnuts for some road workers on this cold winter day. The service was great. Doing random acts of kindness will brighten up anyones day as well as others.

One of my favorite Tim Horton's locations in Grand Rapids, it's the one I pass by on the way to work in the morning. Always great service the staff are friendly and I have never been let down that at this Tim Horton's. Also the lattes are really good and so are the timbits the timbits are a must-have.

I don't go to this Tim Horton's. I go to the one on 44th street because that's where they have the white chocolate hot chocolate and it's to die for!! Loved it. The bacon egg and cheese everything bagel is great too!

Favorite location! This location never disappoints. Two Ice Capps purchased at 44th & Clyde Park tasted as if they used spoiled milk. Called 44th & Kalamazoo and Lisa was fantastic. She told me they would re-make them for me. Thank you Lisa for the wonderful customer service and the delicious drinks! This is why I’ll stay loyal to this location only!

The coffee is amazing hot or cold. But every time I get a breakfast sandwich with no egg I always get egg on it and the sandwich is cold muffin included.

Very friendly staff. Especially the young lady making the sandwiches this morning on Dec 9th. she even went a step further to grill the egg&cheese bagel. I will definately stop by again. Thank you
