Just really good service and I really enjoy having Colton utilities as my utility company

From the impossible way to get services in the first place to the repeated blackouts. I can’t wait to move and I will tell anyone, DO NOT LIVE IN COLTON. Go somewhere that uses Edison. Which is literally ANYWHERE ELSE. I hate it here

There have been more blackouts in the past 3 months (as they have been off for 6 hours so far while I write this review) than I’ve ever experienced my entire life. With how much they are charging for electricity we should get some type of discounts or reimbursements. The blackouts sometime last for days. This city is horrible when maintaining the standard for its residents. I will never refer someone to live in this city. Food gets wasted, people are late for work because they’re unable to see around the house, can’t cook any food, hoping your food doesn’t go bad because you can’t keep it temperature controlled, can’t charge your phone so work or emergencies are off the table. So safety is a concern as well. This is unacceptable on so many levels! I wonder how long my electricity will be off this time. Do better Colton or find someone who can!
