Joyful Thai

Had a great meal here after a long day of driving and it really hit the spot. I had the orange chicken and I definitely recommend it. The chicken was slightly breaded and the sauce was delicious. Hubby had yellow curry and that was very flavorful with tender veggies. Service was excellent! Overall we are really excited to come back!

The new menu offers many great dishes that can be made vegan or cooked with Tofu instead of other proteins if you prefer.

Don't forget to order a Bubble Tea!

I love the personal call I receive when our take-out order is ready to be picked up if I'm late.

DELICIOUS, and how delightful to find good Thai food in a tiny town in far-away rural Northeast Washington. It's a diner, so not cozy, romantic, or exotic. It was: clean; well-organized; not crowded or noisy, although full of customers on a Friday evening. Highly recommend.

This was the first time eating at this establishment and the experience was awesome! The staff was amazing, friendly, and were very helpful with figuring out what to order. I ended ordering the Mongolian beef at 3 star hotness, that was perfect for me. The food tasted great and the portion was plenty. I had the pleasure of talking with the owner, Joy and she really knows her Thai food and takes great pride in her restaurant, and trains the staff in the same manner. Great food, awesome staff, and I’ll definitely be eating there again. Highly recommended.

I'm a lover of very spicy food as well and I'm routinely disappointed with Thai places telling me their 5 star is hot. When I mentioned this to our waiter, he said he'll tell the kitchen to make it as hot as they felt comfortable with. They nailed it, not only did they make the panang beef super spicy to my liking, it tasted amazing. The chef seemed to enjoy the challenge as well.

The other dishes we had (that were not spicy) were amazing as well. I'll definitely be making trips back here as this place is amazing!

Excellent Thai food. Pad See Ew and cashew nut stir fry were delicious. Plenty of gluten free options and anything can be made with tofu instead of meat. Ask if they have the mango and sweet rice because it’s worth saving room for.

We were excited to try this place and we were very pleased. Very impressed with the atmosphere and the remodeling of old building. Our food was excellent and can't wait to come back and try more items. Our server was very good and overall we enjoyed our experience here. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was amazing, everything was clean, beautiful decor, modern, super friendly and accommodating staff!

The food was perfect. I wouldn't have changed a single thing about any of the dishes I ordered. The plating was charming, lovely dishware, tightly rolled and clean silverware, sensible garnish, big portion sizes. Fresh, delicious, and cooked to perfection.

I love Thai spice, I haven't had it since I lived in a city. I feel so lucky that I can finally have that again in Tonasket.

Another boon, they have wifi! I work remotely so it's nice to be able to handle a work related emergency if needed, especially in this spotty cell reception county.

I can't think of anything that could have made my experience better. I am now a regular patron at Joyful Thai.

Really delicious food, awesome staff that are friendly, I'm definitely coming back! The cheesecake blew my mouth away and changed my whole "landscape" view of cheesecake, best I've ever had.....I had the cherry vanilla caramel cheesecake egg roll❣❣❣❣

My husband I decided to come in after meeting our banker. He said the food was delicious and it was! I had the chicken pad thai and my husband had the beef. Great taste, nice clean atmosphere and leftovers to take home!

The Mongolian beef was absolutely out of this world! Mongolian beef was a "Special" and the board said "today only." Please consider adding Mongolian beef to your menu. I think that you'll find that it's a favorite of a lot of people. 😊
