Drink always tastes great! Walk in service is top notch here! They take kindly to bringing your own cup too which I love. Some locations see it as a pain. Drive thru is quick too

Not every day that people in chain food franchises go the extra mile for their customers, and it meant a lot to me so have a 5 star review.

I am a regular customer here and I was in a rush one day. Ordered my coffee but I inadvertently parked like a jerk and had to run back outside to move my vehicle. As I was rushing back inside to get my drink I was surprised to meet one of the employees just outside my car to hand me my drink.

It's little things like that which make my day. They didn't need to do that but that little gesture saved me some important time.

I like Starbucks because everything inside is so great and because l'm saying this is because the employees are very kind, the music is wonderful and the customers are happy just because of a small place can be a relaxing space where you can just breathe in and not worry and single thing about today. I would recommend if you're a student who needs a place to work on a project or exam or whatever type of work you need to complete or you're a person who needs a place to relax and drink some of a coffee that is amazing ( btw) but still, l would recommend it.

The establishment is always clean and the employees always friendly, regardless of how busy it is. Restrooms are tidy and well stocked. I've rarely had an issue with anything I've ordered, and even when I have it's been something small and easily fixed. Mobile orders are always completed within the time frame given on the app. I've been to a lot of Starbucks locations and this is definitely one of my favorites!

Quality is consistent at this location, though they are still experiencing staffing shortages which cause the lobby to be intermittently closed. The staff that is there is courteous and helpful. Expect to wait a bit, as it is busy, but you will be happy with the product and the service.

We come here all the time. Great friendly staff and good outside seating for people watching. Plenty of parking and nearby stores to walk through after getting your Starbucks fix. While not as big as some Starbucks it's still our go to location and good wifi speeds for those who like to work out of coffee shops and plugs on the wall.

It's always a treat for me to go to Starbucks. This holiday season I missed their "eggnog" flavored latte. I hope next Christmas 🎄 it is back on their list of "nice" flavors. This year they were on my "naughty" list!!

Love coming here before I go to the theatres. I know you're not suppose to but how can you resist a good espresso shot or a fruity drink to quench your thirst. I also came here a few nights ago to just catch up with some friends and sat outside. The summer breeze and comfy patio chairs really do something to you and adds comfort to the conversation.

Not sure with what should I start, but I really hate the fact every time I asked for NO FOAM on my drinks, they still add it. Soy Milk? What's that? I never get my Soy Milk when I want it, but what's funny is that I get charged full price. The cup is fill with FOAM and a "watery" taste. The team members are nice and they are always smiling. Wish they know how to read what's on the cup so they know how and what I want because this is not the first, fourth or fifth time that they make my drinks horrible. Thank You.

I visit this Starbucks rarely, but Devan made me feel at home when I was there. He wrote me a kind note on my warming bag and totally made my entire 4th of July weekend! Thank you for being wonderful!

Jocelyne,Greg,Reina,Shaena, and Carlos all have been a god sent. Every time I go in to the Starbucks they always know what I want and are always willing to help customers out. Special shout out to Greg and Jocelyne for being the heroes of Starbucks. They always seem passionate about their job! They deserve a raise and recognition! They’re keeping the Methuen store alive.

Fancy, fast, and one of the top Starbucks locations that I've been to overall. Staff was nice and did great work. Recommended!

Staff is amazingly friendly for such a high volume store -- being next to the Cinema, with lines out the door -- I feel if you stand in line for 30 minutes, don't whine at the staff -- it is your choice!! Excellent Customer Service!!

Their Iced Tea is the very Best! Love the exotic minty Flavor that you can't find anywhere else! A real Treat to the Tastebuds for me! Also their Lemon Poppyseed Cake is the greatest! Most of all, the Staff is wonderful!

Very nice I quit Dunkins only go here now, they needed to make this drive thru more organized how do they have 3 different entrances to the drive-thru? Everyone is cutting everyone 🤣
