I'm very picky (from New England). If I pay for my food, I expect to get what I pay for. This McDonald's hits every mark! I'm a 70s kid. Back then your quarter pounder, even your cheeseburger had nice hot melty cheese on it and the size of the burgers were triple what they are today. And the prices were 75% less than what they are today. So I hope you understand why I am so picky.
It's not that I'm terribly picky. I just gave up on ever tasting a quarter pounder, like I did back in the 70/80's. That is, until I came to this Waynesville, OH McDonalds. Thank you to the owner/manager. I, ABSOLUTELY, love your contact info, GORGEOUS signs on your door. I don't know if that's something that's required by the company now but if not, and that was your idea, from one manager to another, that shows me you really care about your store. The young male employee that helped me was so polite. Thank you you are doing everything right! I don't think I've had this good a quarter pounder since 1980 something!!!

Our local spot for Micky D's. Even with a fully-loaded out -to-the-street drive through, we had our "For Here" order at the kiosk, in our hands and eating in five minutes. Though they seem understaffed they are still pulling it off and busting their collective humps. The place is pretty clean too considering how slammed they are with the staff they have. Though it may be considered a thankless job, I appreciate the work and dedication you guys put into it. Thank you😉! I'll be back.

We stopped in for a quick burger. Lady at counter was very friendly. She actually brought us our order before I could walk back to pick it up. Food was good, area was clean, employees friendly. This was definitely the best dine in experience at a McDonald's I've had in a long while!

We were out running around and fiancée decided she wanted some food. This location is one of the good ones. I didn't get anything but it smelled amazing and she said it was very good, better than most.

Stopped to eat inside at lunch time on a Friday. Super busy but well staffed. Fast service, hot food and one of the nicest McDonalds in the area. Only downside is the drive thru design. Very narrow, one lane, congested and difficult to maneuver around to park.

The young man who waited on us was so nice. Had a beautiful smile and was very gracious to us older folks. We were there later at night and he brought a coffee out and put up with our silly jokes. What a nice experience.

Best service I have ever received in a McDonald’s. You could tell the worker really cared about his job and the satisfaction of his customers. When they were out of Mcchickens, this man gave us an entire bag of fries for free. I love this McDonald’s and I will most definitely be returning for more late night snacks.

Easy access, but quite a long drive through line. So we parked, ran in, and ordered. We received our food fairly quick. This restaurant is clean and more recently remodeled. Very nice.

Updated this to a 5 star 2020. Still really friendly window and mobile order service. I don't know how they do it, but I appreciate their customer interaction.

It's always packed with cars, and the drive through is slow, but the window cashiers are always polite and nice. I'm sure they don't always have the greatest experience, but they keep it together. Also, sorry, but McDonald's fries are the best. 💯

Always quick and friendly service at this McDonald's. Orders are filled correctly. This is one of our favorite McDonald's in the area.

Considering they are shirt staffed at night often, they are still very quick and accurate on my order! Only had minimal issues, forgot sauce for my nuggets so no real issues. They're are always very friendly!

We usually stop in here to get food and/or drinks after the Renaissance Fair. A lot of other people do the same, so the line is always super long, but the staff does a good job of keeping the line moving. They are always friendly when we get to the window, even though they are very busy. Props to you guys!

Stopped by this place very late at night after the Ren Fair. Had a car load of kids with a large complicated order. Didn't look like many people were working but service was prompt and kind. Food came out really well. Normally wouldn't leave a review for fast food but they did an awesome job.
