I went in there today to return a package, but I needed to print out a return label. My phone wasn't letting me send the label email.( I think he said his name was Dennen.) Dennen grabbed my phone did a couple things and bam.. label sent. That is the first time going in there and getting help that fast and not being pushed a side to try and figure it out. The store was super busy too! This store is lucky to have someone with his knowledge. Thanx again Dennen. You deserve a raise

I've been to this store three times. At every visit, the employees were pleasant and very helpful.

The staff at the Burlington UPS Store have always been very prompt and courteous when picking up or dropping off in store. Also, Katie has been wonderful, assisting me over the phone when dealing with any UPS Access Point concerns or needs. They work hard, and take some serious undeserved flack sometimes, so just wanting to let them know that their efforts are very much appreciated! Thank you again.

The staff is friendly and very helpful! They helped get the right box for my needs and were able to ship it quickly. Notary services were quick and professional. This was much easier than going to the bank for a notary. I will continue going back for my shipping and notary needs.

I would actually rather pay $4 a gallon in my gas guzzling SUV to drive all the way from Stanwood to this store, instead of drive 1.5 miles to the Stanwood UPS store. Jeanne was a great and quick help, the customer service at this store is great. The Stanwood store always has shady spots of grey when it comes to many things, I was told by a guy or girl, but even sure what the person biologically was, to stand in the corner and wait at least 10 minutes for the notary to decide that helping me is more important than what she was doing in the back, as if my time isn’t valuable. The Stanwood UPS store can kick rocks, I’ll be burning my time and gas money to go all the way down to the Burlington store from now on

Denon was patient and took the time to help me confirm if a shipment was made out of his branch, he had a great attitude, helped me research my issues with a seller ended up scamming me. We were on the phone for 20 minutes! He was just as concerned about the potential scam i was. He even contacted me the next day to check in of me and wish me a good day. Top tier customer service!

There are a lot of great people that work there! I think in the whole time I’ve used UPS I have only had one bad experience. As far as the customer service part goes, but everyone has their bad days, so that doesn’t ding my 5 star rating. :) keep up the awesome work!

Today (July 8, 2021) I was in this store to buy a box. I usually don't rave about customer service, but they get my shout out for a well done!!!!

The person behind the counter, female, just knocked it out of the park on service. She was almost too in your face with service, but God bless her for it because you just don't get service like this anymore. I was honestly a little speechless at her level of service and multi tasking... WOW. :-))))

I live in Southern Cal and none of the UPS stores in our area have ANYTHING on this place...

I've only been here once, but that's all it took for them to gain my approval! I went here the other day to do an Amazon drop off. It turned out I needed boxes for packages, so it ended up taking longer than expected. My squirmy 3 year old was with me and I was trying to keep him and my packages under control. The gals working there were very patient and helpful as I went through the process. The part that really made the experience great was when one of the ladies gave my son a piece of bubble wrap to play with so I could finish doing what I needed to do. It really made my heart full to see the care and understanding this store has for the families that go there. Thank you so much!!!!

Great experience and friendly staff here always. UPS stores are franchise owned and I had issues with one in Seattle but this branch is ran by a good owner who hires competent and friendly employees. Shout out to Celeste and Jessica for excellent service today.

I have returned multiple items over the past couple years and have always found them to be helpful and pleasant. I've never seen them be rude to anyone. It's gotten quicker and better everytime.

We have been customers for a year and have had nothing but good things to say about them and their services. When I call them and ask them to forward our mail they are great we usually receive our mail with in a few days. The folks at the UPS store are always friendly and very helpful.

I have been a customer of this UPS for almost a decade even though I now live in Burlington. I have always received great service. The current owner and her team are friendly and very helpful every time. Would recommend any day without a doubt!

When I walked in the store there was a line with over 5+ people with multiple packages. I thought I was going to be stuck there for awhile. But the employees were pretty quick in attending everyone.

I had 3 somewhat complicated fragile packages to send out to friends & family. I was putting them in a big bulky box and the cost to send was out of my budget. UPS helped me find the best middle ground to send safely with lowest cost. Thank you UPS! Great customer service even on a Friday evening

Excellent service every time! I've used this UPS store in many occasions and have not experience any issues. They always give receipts for drop-off packages w/ pre printed labels. As far as speed of delivery I think its beyond their control once package leave store.
