Quiet place where you can have a bay virtually to yourself to shoot. $20 for the range (cash only) with paper targets priced $1-$2. Ranges 2 & 3 have a few steel targets (pistol and rimfire only). Great place to go if you don't wanted to be watched by an RSO.

Great place to come shoot pretty much whatever firearm you have. There are several shooting areas seperated by large dirt mounds with tables to set your stuff down and sit on the shade

I had a great time, it was my first time at an outdoor range. I plan to return very soon! The staff was really friendly and I was introduced to a gentleman on the range who offered great gun safety tips and advice. I will say to bring cash and do not make the mistake I did and assume cards are accepted.

We really enjoyed our time on the range. The Gentleman there is knowledgeable and kind. Inexpensive!!! Will be returning soon with the rest of the family!

Today was my first time going to pappy's gun shop. I was teaching my daughter how to shoot. The experience was great and the employees were very welcoming. The range itself is very private, and that is great for the price. You can fire any type of ammo there including steelcasing or steel projectile rounds. I drove from Charlotte just for the experience and it was well worth the drive. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Visiting from Michigan. Second time I've been to this range. Initially was here last year and decided to return. Pappy and Jack are hospitable. Reasonable rates for the range. Enjoy the rural setting and being outdoors.

Pappys Gun Shop is the best place there is for firearms, ammo, and outdoor shooting. The staff and club members are very professional and kind. I was new to the area and walked in to Pappys and they were very welcoming. They made me feel right at home. That was in 2014. I've been going there ever since for all of my firearm needs. Nice to know that good ol' fashioned small business still exists in the firearm field! I always have and will continue to recommend Pappys Gun Shop to everyone! A place where the owner himself greets you when you come in. Well him, and Jack, and George, and Larry, and Yankee Bob, and quite a few others. Heck you might even catch Chris during the NASCAR off season. Some good people and great prices as well as the best outdoor range around. See ya there soon!

Pappys is the best place to shoot. Me and my wife have been there. We've had the best experience. I did my cwp training there. My family are taking a trip their 9-20-19. Hope to see you their👌😁

Jack and Pappy are two of the nicest folks you'll ever meet. Outdoor range time is $15/hr and you don't need to buy paper targets because they have some good steel. If you're in the Rock Hill SC area and have some free time, this range is well worth visiting. Thanks!

I’m visiting sc and just purchased my gun back home. Because it was a brand new gun Larry took the time out and oiled my rifle for me. Helped me when it got jammed. Took the time out and explained everything to us. The place is very quiet and private. It’s priced very well. I’ll be coming back when I visit sc again !

First time here. Tested out my shotty and a glock. Had a lane all to myself. Didnt have shade on my lane but still enjoyed myself since its been a while. I like the ideology of the place, you are responsible for you. Will be a return customer

This is by far the very best range I have ever been to! Great staff pappy is awesome! Going in today I did not expect to purchase a new gun but I did. Nothing but stellar reviews about this place and I made a couple new friends
