Dunkin'

Most early Saturday mornings you’ll find me at Dunkin with my friend Adam sipping on one of my favorite iced coffees- they have many to choose from or you can create your own favorite like me with a change up every so often but always iced
I always use the app to get discounts and free stuff and they always have it waiting for me, you can even use the app the night before to have it ready in the morning
Many of the local high school and college kids work there and they are always pleasant 😀and it is always clean and tidy!

Their coffee and breakfast begals are my favorite, especially for the price! But what's better than cheap? FREE! Their computers were down when my son and I ordered and they gave us our coffee for free! That's customer service!

Dunkin Dunkin.. what can I say
The atmosphere is a bit gray
Very slow moving in the drive-thru
It's like 1 order at a time, as the staff is very few!
Now, you're a corporate chain, but your pay is a stain
On the economy, I'm just speaking of where your employment could be.
Raise the bar , give more pay
I'm sure you'll have more employees at the end of the day.
Don't get me wrong, the food and drinks are great
Their frozen coffee is my bait
No gluten free donuts yet
Gotta get it together before customers get upset
As gluten free is roaring the country
You can afford this, trust me!

Staff is friendly, food is good. I love Dunkin’ and all the seasonal variety they have. Can’t forget about the donuts!

Service was fast. The only downside was that the donut was not fresh.

Ive been going to this dunkin for awhile now and they have improved drastically! They are always fast and my coffee is alwayssss delicious.

I have never had bad service her. All the employees are friendly and helpful. The last visit i had i was taking a picture of my large ice coffee to show my daughter that i was getting a DD coffee to tease her and the coffee slipped from my hand inside my car . I went inside and asked for paper towels and let them know what happen. They help me no problem and made me a new coffee. That really showed me they cared . I appreciate service like this.

alexis needs a raise!! she has the best customer service and my coffee is so good!! best coffee ive ever had from dunkin. she was the only one running the store too, and im amazed at how fast she made our drinks. im even considering working there because of her. amazing energy!

I absolutely love their coffee. I always get the Cold Brew. It's delicious. .
Their breakfast saniches are very good and always hot. I do wish they had a bigger variety of donuts. They always seem to just have a few kind of donuts to choose from.

I never did go to this particular Dunkin' donut I just drove by it actually to the gas station next door but every time I have been in a Dunkin' donut I always have loved it . They always have good selections and good coffee.

Swung by on the way home from a visit up in North to grab a few refreshments.

Nice clean restaurant, quick service, all practicing social distancing and masked up, and orders were all correct and tasted great.

No complaints from me, all around a seemingly good serviceable Dunkin' Donuts.

They have a sandwich called tomato basil grilled cheese it is so good and I can get Expreso there in my coffee try out the sandwich is very good don't think you will be disappointed 💯

Just visiting to get a place nearby Cedar Point. Went in just before closing because we wanted to grab drinks for the night because we didn’t have anything at the hotel.

All of the individuals there, being Rylee, Justin, and Kenzi, we’re all phenomenal and delivered a great customer service experience despite us coming only a couple minutes before closing.

I would highly recommend a raise for these individuals, because Dunkin’ starts at low pay, and these individuals are definitely worth paying more.

We stopped in on our way to Cedar Point. A huge group with a $60 order. We were served pleasantly and promptly. Good Job!

I LOVE their coffee drinks!!! I always try a different one and I ALWAYS love them!!! I think they are a better value than McDonald's and better choices than Starbucks!!

This place was jammed - the drive thru, the lobby, and they kept everyone moving and everyone was super friendly!! Ample parking for everyone.
