Came in at night and Needed help with putting in my battery and correcting a mistake with my account. Kev helped me not only with the fully installing my battery but with solving any other issues. He was a great help and I would ask for his assistance every time I come.

Stopped in my Mantua Auto Zone yesterday to get windshield wipers. Stan was very kind and helpful. I explained I had purchased 3 different brands in the last year and they all rubbed or skipped. Stan came out to my car with paper towels and cleaner to see if maybe mine were just dirty. After wiping them off they still rubbed. He suggested Bosch snow wipers. I was surprised at the $20 price tag, I assumed they would more. He explained yes they make more expensive ones but he used these and he really liked them. Here’s to Stan👏🏻👏🏻 for the first time in over a year my windshield wipers are SILENT. I really appreciate the extra couple minutes (in the rain I should add) that Stan took to help me.

Stopped in to have my battery checked because my car wasn't starting right. Turns out I had a bad battery, but Kevin had a new battery installed in like 20 minutes! Super grateful he could help out this busy mom so quickly!

I was in this store for the first time today and I’ve got to say the folks there were so friendly and helpful!! The woman(sorry I didn’t catch her name) at the desk helped me find the correct size wiper blades I needed for my vehicle. The cashier Nick was kind of enough to replace the wipers right there in the parking lot!
10/10… would shop here again!

I want to recommend this place specially the associate Nick in the shift on Monday afternoon. Nick is amazing, respectful and empathetic with the customers. Really Auto Zone on Bridgeton Pike Mantua NJ has great staff. Thank you so much Nick! keep going.

Great help rendered by Nick and Stan. I was having a difficult time trying to get my front license plate on a new truck—resolved. The store is bright and well organized.

Went it to get a new battery the staff was phenomenal! My battery had so much corrosion 3 people came out to help in the sweltering heat. They cleaned it all out & replaced my battery went above & beyond!

I stopped at this store on Wednesday and received the absolute BEST customer service from this gentleman RON! I told him the things I needed and he was extremely helpful. I came back the following day and needed his assistance again and he was just as helpful as the day before!

There is an Auto Zone in my hometown but the customer service that I received at this one will definitely make me want to come back and shop at this location!

Excellent customer service here. Sandi and Stan went out of their way to make sure I walked out with the most efficient and effective products, as well as helped me save money. They are both so friendly, patient, and understanding, which goes a long way for a customer like me who knows next-to-nothing about automobiles. I have a 2022 Subaru and the air conditioning wasn’t getting cool enough and didn’t wanna go through mechanic or dealership. All the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable to make sure I got what I needed to get the ac nice and cold before the weather gets hot. Very satisfied with my experience, thank you very much!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Stephanie, the store manager. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. I wasn’t 100% sure on the time I was looking for and she tracked it down in the system. She was able to verify the item(s) needed to help with my wife’s car. I truly appreciated her help. My check engine light had gone on the day before. Not wanting to possibly damage my motor I stopped into the store and first was greeted by Irene and then Sandi
They both were extremely helpful in explaining the possibility of a supercharger valve issue .
Both were extremely friendly and exhibited great customer service.
I doubt if I had went to a repair center if I would have been treated like they did.
It was truly an amazing experience.

I had such an amazing experience here. My car had lost power I had just made in the parking lot. They went above, and beyond to help me. A young lady that worked there named Becky was a big help to me. She jumped my vehicle twice. She even helped put a new battery in. I had a faulty alternator wire my mechanic found out. She told me it was most likely something more than the battery. She was right. She was kind, and a big help and very professional. God bless her, and all of then at this Autozone

Really good service, a gentleman named Eric really helped me out with my windshield wiper blades , dude really went out of his way to help and the manager as well . Really good people! That’s why i gave it a 5 star keep up the good work .

Ron was amazing!!! He helped usdo a battery started and alternator test. Then he helped me find everything else we needed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and we greatly appreciated him.

Bruno and Sandi from the Mantua store were amazing! The level of customer service was outstanding. They were informative and did it all with smiles 😃
